As a Door Dasher I have to rely on the store/restaurant speed and efficiency to get the customers order to me so I can deliver it. With that said I should be completely ignored when I walk in for almost 15 minutes as employees looked at me and keep on with what there doing and then when someone dose come to see what I needed the attitude/Vibe I got from them was that I was an inconvenience. Though one employee did ask how I was doing oh did i mention the restaurant was completely empty of customers inside and out in the drive through? So if you want speedy food or an order to be delivered I highly suggest a different restaurant.

Don’t order their burgers unless you like the taste of raw ground beef! I just received a rare to medium rare burger. Stick to what they know. Deli sandwiches and curly fries. Quite disappointed!

Apon arriving went to use a coupon that allowed three different sandwiches but couldn't use unless we bought three of the same so got another one for me an my son so my wife could get a Ruben. Then everyone after was being waited and getting there food ahead of us, we where to get 4 turnovers for the issue but we left because 20 mins we still hadn't recieved then, then was told it would be another 10 mins! They just in my oppinion don't believe in goid Customer service, me an my family won't be back at this arbys location period!!!

Well on the kernersville location they showed a special which they told us that it wasn't available they asked us 3 times if we wanted sauce and we said which kind 3 times left after getting the order checked the bag and there was no sauce so we had to drive back ugh not a big fan of the kernersville location no attention to orders or customer service
