Ordered through drive through, wasn't sure what my wife and I wanted. Took Maybe 20 seconds and told them we wanted a fish deluxe sandwich, just the sandwich and french dip and Swiss combo. Large coke no ice and a sweet tea for the french dip combo. Told us the order total was 23$ and some change. Wife said that's to high and I said well we did get that coke separate so thought that was what it was. Got the order, did not give me the fries. We pulled in the parking lot to eat I've already went in and got the fries, wife ended up getting a burger. Go back in and they cook the fish for the sandwich. Got a coke that had ice. My french dip was cold the fries were not fresh and I also got a cheddar cup that did not taste right. Worst experience ever at arbys!!!

Arby's you are usually very good about making correct orders,but this time you dropped the ball!! If you have employees working who cannot read the tickets correctly,should not be making the orders!! I ordered the greek gyro and it came with no lettuce on it!! No big deal you say but when i pay for something i expect to get what i ordered,not what you want to just put in my bag!! I will give you another chance to make this right,but for right now I'm mad as hell!!!

I ordered a double classic roast beef sandwich and a steak and cheese. I picked up my order at drive thru. . When I left and parked, I received a cheddar roast beef. Not what I ordered, Drove back around . I told the girl and she replaced it with a smaller sandwich. Glad I check it then finally got the correct one. This my 3rd sandwich replacement I was frustrated A supervisor heard me beep once to get attention of the employee . She came to the window, asked if there’s a problem, I told her Yes They need to train your employees better in QC! Her response was basically I needed to be nicer. I wasn’t mean just frustrated. NO sorry or anything from her, nothing!! I love Arby’s this was crazy, I’ve never had anything to say bad about until now!! I’ve gone to this Arby’s since it’s been opened. Arby’s has always been my favorite place when traveling and in Kernersville. I won’t be going back for a LONG time. The supervisor was like talking to a robot.

This place can't open on time I have tried serval times to do business with you and no such luck. So if anyone wants a burger at 9:30 am don't count on this place they can't tell time.
Horrible service and even more horrible food! Won’t be back! The cheesesteak sandwiches were so soaked through that the bread was mushy and the sauce was so bad looking that we didn’t even take a first bite, threw them straight into the trash. Do better Arby’s! I had to give 1 star but would have rather given a 0
