Stopped there last night with my daughter for take out. The food was good as but the service needs improvement. The guy who starts the tacos/burritos seemed less than thrilled to make our order. He sounded like a miserable robot who would rather be anywhere else, stared at the ceiling while waiting for the tortillas to heat up, with an annoyed look on his face. The other staff were friendly and courteous and I think they actually seemed a bit embarrassed by his attitude.

I went to Barberitos last weekend with my family and the guy making my order of 5 crunchy beef tacos. Was tossing things around with an attitude. His attitude changed towards the end when he finished my order. The lady who was at the cashier was doing great job and was nice . The guy making the orders is who needs to improve his customer service skills. We were eating our food when another customer came in to order food the guy was actually nice to that customer who was also a guy. Maybe 🤔 because I’m a female or could be my ethnicity .

This location was a bit messy/unpredictable for several months. I vowed not to go back until the sanitation rating went up, the food stations were better kept and the atmosphere was cleaner and lighter. Well, I went in today bc I had heard they had made some changes to cleanliness, etc.
I ordered nachos, chicken-bacon-chipotle ranch style, and they were the best nachos I have ever had. I am a foodie, so I grade restaurants pretty strictly when it comes to taking my family out to eat somewhere. I am so full, and so happy that this location has come back to life.

I have been a loyal customer for years but the service I just received from the gentleman working tonight was terrible. The chicken was extremely watery so I asked if they could put it on the grill to cook a bit more. He’s commit was we can just get the chicken from The top which was also very watery, almost soup like. He then just proceeded to grab the chicken and put it on the grill with an attitude. I am not sure what the problem was by asking to cook the chicken more but they shouldn’t be serving the chicken like that anyways. If you are going to work in the service industry make sure you have a good attitude because that type of behavior will lose your business customers.

Got a burrito had rice in it. About every bite I would get hard pieces of rice thought I was going to break a tooth.

Half the portion size they used to give. Unfortunately out of almost every drink, very dirty, last 2 times , used to be so much better. Ice machine spilling all over floor. Help was not helpful. Would not recommend

I’ve been going five or six times now, I usually get a big burrito. Always been fine until tonight. It’s always been a nice big burrito, tonight’s was a lot smaller probably a good third smaller. And for what I pay for it, it’s upsetting. You have to be consistent. I’ll go back down the street from now on.

Food is always great. I love getting the salsa Verde mare with the tomatillos, its my absolute favorite salsa. No one else makes it as good. I love how well seasoned their meats are. The chips are the thin and crispy kind and those are my favorite even if they break easy in the cheese dip. Great price if youre comparing the amount of food received to some of the competitors out there. I will never say no to someone asking me to go to this babreritos.
I ordered Barberitos from door dash (I live in Kville so I’m assuming it was ordered from the barberitos in Kville) but as I’m eating I found a hair in my food! This is so disappointing because their food is really good but I was shocked to see a hair in my food!

well first I had to wait for about 3 minutes so the 2 male employee's to finish their conversation mind you there was nobody in line or waiting for food then the man that took my order had an attitude like I was bothering him by coming in and ordering food was ok nothing to write home to . I definitely won't be going back to that store

Coming to Barberitos was a breath of fresh air compared to the Chipotle in Kernersville. Not only did they not grunt when they actually had to cook more meat during dinner time, this team took pride in what they did. They always have fresh meat and take great care of their customers! And the toppings here are amazing!
