Coming to Barberitos was a breath of fresh air compared to the Chipotle in Kernersville. Not only did they not grunt when they actually had to cook more meat during dinner time, this team took pride in what they did. They always have fresh meat and take great care of their customers! And the toppings here are amazing!

They have a magician there I think every Monday, he does great Tricks. But it’s the food that’s bad, I ordered a taco and it tasted sour, also the meat was dry.

We have tried this location many times over the last several years and have never been impressed with the service received from the staff, however tonight Shawn/Sean did a phenomenal job helping us and our little kids on kids eat free night. He was friendly, and welcoming- glad to see that this location is starting to turn around for the better! Thanks Shawn/Sean- will be back!

Best Cartage
The 3 main ingredients are Rice, Beans and your Protein. They open at 11 AM and were out of rice by 12:15 PM. How does this happen? What's even worse is they let you wait in line for 10 minutes without notifying anyway waiting that we are out of rice. My other experiences have been generally good but this one time it was not. Do better Barberitos !

Service was good restaurant was clean but the food was nasty . I got chicken bacon quesadilla and my husband hot philly steak and he said it was horrible and taste like stew beef

Barberitos is more delicious over chipotle!! Any dayyy. Queso is way better!! I have to get the smallest size or I’ll keep eating it. I always get the salad with the shell (the shell was fresh at this location) but need to read better online that I thought I was getting a side of queso, not on my salad: but it was still good. Love the chicken, my entree was full of flavor. I ate the whole bag of chips, but wish they had more seasoning. The Guacamole is spicy so I don’t get it and the salsa is not good. it was yummy!. I’m stuffed and it’s a lot of food for lunch. Returning customer💗
Ever since the new owners took over this Barberitos in Kernersville it’s been like a whole new restaurant. The people working there are awesome! I’d like to single out one in particular… Sean. He’s the man! It doesn’t matter what day it is he always has a great attitude and willing to go out of his way to make sure everyone is happy. It might be a simple gesture like bringing our food to the table. My family and I dine here every other week sometimes a couple weeks in a row. Before the new owners took over, we never knew what to expect when we dined there. Personally, I like fresh avocado in my burrito and not guacamole, however way back when it was rare to see fresh avocado… Not now! As for Sean, I would do everything you need to do to keep this guy around… I’d pay him more if you have to. Good people are hard to come by these days.

Straight down the middle mediocre. Not good Not bad. Satisfactory at best. We ate there for a school function. 38 dollars for two burritos and a kids burrito and extra guacamole. Try a local food truck or a Taqueria and step outside the box. The food will be better and more adventurous. If you are cool with straight down the middle everything this place will sit squarely within your comfort zone.

Thank u to Kville Barberitos for the great food & service catered for a Baby Shower event 1/11/25. I called the day before & spoke with Jackie who was very sweet & helpful in helping me decide what would work best to accommodate the number of guests. The day of the shower we had snow & the district manager went out of her way to call & make sure I was still planning to do the shower & was working to get staff available. When we picked up our food/supplies, 2 gentleman were very courteous & even loaded everything in our vehicle. All the guests enjoyed the chicken taco bar/sides. Will definitely use their service again for future events!
