The layout of the restaurant where you place your order, grab food, and fills drinks is far too tight. Hard to get through if anyone is there. When multiple people are trying to move in that area, toes will be trampled

This used to be our favorite burger spot of all time, but management changed and now the menu is different and the burgers look and taste sad. Customer service was good, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

I normally go to the Big Burger Spot for their delicious burgers. I tried to go there on Monday of this week but there was some type of fundraiser thing going on and I was not able to get my burger. Fast forward some days later, on Saturday I was off and wanted to treat my family to some good burgers. When we first sealed in there is a girl literally taking orders who looked like she rolled out of bed. No seriously LITERALLY! Her hair was all over her head and although she was young, she had a terrible time taking our orders. Either she was sleepy or something else not sure. After it taking forever to get our orders, she proceeds to say it will be a 30-40 minute wait. I said that’s fine. Then after we paid another lady comes in from sitting in a truck with another female and says “Just letting yall know it’s gonna be a 30-45 min wait. It may even be an hour. Excuse me? We’ve all been there but her look on her face was as if she was ready to go and in an “oh well” type of mood. We still decided to stay even though we now hear an hour wait after order was paid for. Just to confirm what I’m saying, If you look at your cameras around 7:30pm , you will also see two gentle that actually left. I’m sure it was either her oh well attitude, long wait, or combination of both. I actually came back home to wait as I live down the street and came back 30 min later and still had to wait about 10-15 min. Came home to a TERRIBLE very hard cooked burger and even the bread was tough. I knew i should have had someone with that type of attitude fixing my burger and I sure paid for it. Literally. I understand employees being tired but when you keep yelling just letting yall know it’s a long wait cause I don’t want yall mad at me. It kind sets a tone. $50 (3 meals) down the drain

We visited the kernersville location, the service was great and food was fantastic! I got the cowboy BLT 10/10 recommend. We also tried a classic burger, the meat tasted very quality. Cajun fries are delicious as well!
