I normally go to the Big Burger Spot for their delicious burgers. I tried to go there on Monday of this week but there was some type of fundraiser thing going on and I was not able to get my burger. Fast forward some days later, on Saturday I was off and wanted to treat my family to some good burgers. When we first sealed in there is a girl literally taking orders who looked like she rolled out of bed. No seriously LITERALLY! Her hair was all over her head and although she was young, she had a terrible time taking our orders. Either she was sleepy or something else not sure. After it taking forever to get our orders, she proceeds to say it will be a 30-40 minute wait. I said that’s fine. Then after we paid another lady comes in from sitting in a truck with another female and says “Just letting yall know it’s gonna be a 30-45 min wait. It may even be an hour. Excuse me? We’ve all been there but her look on her face was as if she was ready to go and in an “oh well” type of mood. We still decided to stay even though we now hear an hour wait after order was paid for. Just to confirm what I’m saying, If you look at your cameras around 7:30pm , you will also see two gentle that actually left. I’m sure it was either her oh well attitude, long wait, or combination of both. I actually came back home to wait as I live down the street and came back 30 min later and still had to wait about 10-15 min. Came home to a TERRIBLE very hard cooked burger and even the bread was tough. I knew i should have had someone with that type of attitude fixing my burger and I sure paid for it. Literally. I understand employees being tired but when you keep yelling just letting yall know it’s a long wait cause I don’t want yall mad at me. It kind sets a tone. $50 (3 meals) down the drain

Food is good, delivery was fast. But they forgot the sauce that I ordered. Kind of ruined everything. it was bad enough to forget the sauce, but I was charged for.

We visited the kernersville location, the service was great and food was fantastic! I got the cowboy BLT 10/10 recommend. We also tried a classic burger, the meat tasted very quality. Cajun fries are delicious as well!

The QR code for the menu wasn’t working so there was literally one paper menu that was in such ridiculous font it was impossible to read. Waited over an hour for our food. I felt so bad for the lady who was trying to keep the dining room area clean because she was literally the only one there who seemed concerned about how slow service was. And for the love of all that’s good and holy, turn off the Fox News on those giant TVs.

So sad this place has declined since finding them. Toda my entire order was lacking stuff. My burger had no onion. My husbands missing pickles. My kids burger patty was torn as if it was thrown. My bacon cheese fries has little to no toppings. And missing kids drink as well. This will be the last time we dine here.

I had the Carolina Burger. It was great! The burger tasted delicious. Just the right amount of chili and slaw. Also had the chili cheese fries. You get enough fries for 2 people. It's a great place to sit and enjoy your meal while talking with your friends. I highly recommend it.

The worst Bugger Spot around.. They asked me how I would like it cooked, I said medium. I got well done.. I ordered a Carolina Bugger . I got over cooked well done with no chill. You people are the worst. We're glad Greensboro (both locations ) know how to cook & properly prepare a bugger.

Thank you to Mr. Nick. He keeps this location in tip top shape. This location is inviting and the food is made with care. The staff is kind. The burgers are always the correct temperature. The bread is always fresh and grilled perfectly for the patty melt ? Stop by! This store stands above both Greensboro locations.
