Blue Naples Pizzeria of Kernersville

I'll start with this, the lone waitress working on the Sunday we went there was working her tail off. It fairly busy, she was taking calls, cleaning tables, sweeping, delivering food and taking orders like crazy. I don't remember her name but she was fantastic. The cheesesteak sandwich was phenomenal. Probably tied with Elizabeth's for best in the area. The meatball sub was also very good. Cheese bread appetizer was nice with a good crust and warm fluffy bread. The marinara could be a tad thicker. Great parking area. Will definitely return.

Good steak and cheese

Pizza was ok. Nothing to rave about. Small indoor dining area. It was blistering hot inside!!!! I don't know if this is the regular or if the AC was out. It was cooler outside.

We’ve been ordering pizza from here for years. It’s the best NY style in the area and really spoils you from eating pizza from anywhere else. They also have one of the best cheesesteak subs and mozzarella sticks.

The pizza and the Mediterrano salad were very good!!

We love going to Blue Naples for their grilled chicken salad. The staff is great and always friendly.

Ah...Real pizza that I miss having since I'm from Bethlehem Pa. They know how to make GOOD pizza since they're from Pa. too !!! Hands down, the best around for flavor and taste.

We have been ordering from Blue Naples for the longest time and have never had an issue but the young lady answering phones Is not very polite. She insisted that she knew what we ordered and honestly if she only knew that we only order the same thing always for the past 5-8 years she would have probably apologized instead of trying to argue! It’s getting harder to find good hearted people, they don’t understand that they are not doing us any favors but the customer is the one supporting local business.

Food good. Love their chicken philly. Sometimes slow. Incorrect order every once in a while.

The customer service is excellent. I had high hopes for the food, but was disappointed. I worked at an Italian restaurant growing up and have spent a lot of time in Italy. I wasn’t expecting authentic. In my opinion the crust lacked flavor, was tough and was undercooked in the center. A big turnoff for me was the sausage, it was white/gray in color and sliced like pepperoni. I thought this pizza was extra heavy on grease content. I would probably not return.
