Ordered a Bo Sized meal and got a medium Bo round with my biscuit. I asked them twice if it was confirmed and the first time they gave me fries. Then when I got the Bo rounds it was a medium. Typical experience with this location. Unorganized, unprofessional, and dirty.

Take your money elsewhere. Got a simple chicken sandwich combo, and the girl who was helping me was so slow, almost like she was in slow motion. Took 20 minutes to get food. Fries were cold, sandwich was meh at best. Place just looked dead. There are a lot better options than this

today we decided to get bojangles and this was the closest one near us , absolutely horrible , we went through the drive through, the lady starts flirting with my boyfriend, saying he smells good , my boyfriend proceeds to say its the car , she proceeds to say he looks like he smells good , then some of our food was missing , we didn't even go back because i was already annoyed, extremely unprofessional and weird

I placed an order online at 1230pm. Got there at 115pm order was not even started and the lady that was running the register rolled her eyes at everyone who ask for something. The place doesn’t seem to care about the customer or the customers time. I would rather drive to another store than to come back here again. Would not recommend to no one, unless you like to be disappointed and disrespected.

Went through drive through 15 minutes after opening and was told they were closed.
This Bojangles needs to die the management that's working today... This spot is 50-50 depending which manager you get . Today was the bad one . I spend extra for a large fry and it comes with less than a normal fry. You can't make your chicken fast enough so I have to pull to a parking spot with four other people also waiting and you do not bring my condiments or dipping sauce for my tenders. But you always are sure to charge extra when I want more than one. It's obviously a management problem ...

We were waiting for about 20 minutes for our food. We were told to go up to the white line to wait and while waiting, we saw the employees literally running around inside instead of catering to us. We had to go inside to ask about the status of our food and one of the employees was on FaceTime. The kitchen was a mess. Horrible service all around. We took a video but couldn’t upload it so here are some screenshot from it.

This bojangles is absolutely the WORST!!! I work up the street and each time I have asked for fresh food, I always get looked at crazy . They only RECOOK your food it’s never fresh. They need to be closed down asap if employees don’t want to work simple .
