We were waiting for about 20 minutes for our food. We were told to go up to the white line to wait and while waiting, we saw the employees literally running around inside instead of catering to us. We had to go inside to ask about the status of our food and one of the employees was on FaceTime. The kitchen was a mess. Horrible service all around. We took a video but couldn’t upload it so here are some screenshot from it.

This bojangles is absolutely the WORST!!! I work up the street and each time I have asked for fresh food, I always get looked at crazy . They only RECOOK your food it’s never fresh. They need to be closed down asap if employees don’t want to work simple .

Bojangles is definitely a North Carolina staple when it comes to fast food whether you're in the mood for some delicious fried chicken or chicken supremes they've got wonderful Cajun chicken options can't go wrong with their sweet tea this particular restaurant I've had some issues in the past where they won't give me what I ordered and I have to go inside and have them fix it so always check your order after going through the drive-thru it's also hit and miss when it comes to the quantity of food you get for example if you ask for a bow size french fry they sometimes only fill half of the container that's just a small gripe though all in all I would say it would be a good Bojangles to go to I haven't had issues with the quality of food

Biscuit was hard and my food just didn't taste good. I haven't been back here in 19 days i decided to check again.it was great this time that robot at checkout was good.i got to the window the cashier was very nice they were not last time must be new people went to the second window very nice and friendly 👍 the food was fresh and good .im.glad they have changed.hopely the one on 66 will too .great job bojangles I will be back .

This Bojangles is by far the worst location we've ever eaten at. Almost every single time that we've ordered, or physically gone there, there's been issues. From the biscuits being doughy and undercooked, to missing items within the order. Missing items is almost a guarantee. We love Bojangles, but we almost try to avoid eating there now just because of how awful these experiences have been at this location. Im not sure if they need new management or a complete overhaul of staff but something most definitely needs to change.

Why does it take 45 mins + still waiting on an online order that said would be 20 mins from when we ordered it... so in total almost a hour and still no food and other are still waiting for there food as well horrible service
