Absolute slowest and worst Bojangles in the country of the United States of America. I have ordered from here in the last few months, three different ways and got the same result. It took over 20 minutes, sometimes over 30 minutes for a to-go ordered through the drive-thru ordered inside and ordered on the app. This place is right beside a Chick-fil-A, if Chick-fil-A had a Cajun fillet this place would be out of business.
Service was good, has poor ventilation inside, food was good, just had some of that air taste to some of the food

Super long wait for curbside order. Waited 25 minutes after arriving and finally walked in to stand behind another customer wanting her money back because she waited 35 minutes. The place was a mess and staff did not care whatsoever. It was about 6:30 pm. They obviously did not have a manager on duty

Never going back!! First I waited 15 minutes for my food and that wasn’t what bothered me, what bothered me was that when I got my food all the boxes were so banged up to where the sides wouldn’t even close!!! The fries were cold and chewy… tasted like rubber!! After waiting 15 minutes you would think the fries would be fresh and the boxes not banged up… I spent way too much money for it to be like that. Nothing was with the right stuff either… I will not be going back!!

could tell that the food had spent some time under the heat lamps and wasn't completely fresh, especially the biscuits. otherwise the food was excellent and the staff friendly!

On more than a few occasions they have been EXTREMELY slow at the drive up and preorders for deliveries. I’ve been asked to pull over into the wait area for an 8 piece only which took over 20 minutes. Order for delivery, drivers have waited over 30 minutes at location for preorders
