How, as a place that specializes in fried chicken, how do you run out of chicken? During lunch rush on a Thursday. How? People waited over 20 minutes for food. I ordered online at 12:27pm, got to the restaurant by 12:35 and didn't leave with my food until 12:50. Had I not paid online, I'd have walked out as well. This place is a joke on a good day and a dumpster fire on a bad day.......

Would not recommend this bojangles to my WORST enemy due to the fact, I went to get breakfast for me and a coworker this morning. When I went through the drive-through line and got my normal biscuit for myself and tried to get a combo like I Normally do for my coworker. And was told they DO NOT do combos no more…but it’s clearly on the menu it self…so what I would normally spend on a BACON EGG AND CHEESE biscuit combo- $8-$9 I ended up spending $10-$11 if it wouldn’t have been my food I would have kept on going. Yeah it’s only a couple dollars but at what point is it ok for an employee to either not know, care or be trained correctly and if that’s true and combos are no longer a ‘thing’ for bojangles then the menu needs to be changed to reflect that. And if it’s the employees not wanting to do there job. FINE BUT I WILL NOT BE BACK.

When I got my food, I have to drive-through and when I arrive home, the box felt warm and hot, but I discovered that when I got home, it started to dig into my food. My chicken tenders were either overcooked or old and or just reheat it. The tenders were so hard that I had to Play tug-of-war with them. I will never eat at this Bojangles or stop at this Bojangles location ever again. I am pissed because I had two other options that I could’ve went and ate at. Never again

I’ve always enjoyed the food at Bojangles, but my recent visit left me with mixed feelings. While the product remains great, I couldn’t help but notice that the store’s cleanliness—especially from the bathroom to the kitchen area—fell short of expectations.
Walking into the restroom, I was met with conditions that were less than ideal, raising concerns about overall upkeep. A clean and well-maintained restroom often reflects a commitment to hygiene throughout the establishment, and unfortunately, this location didn’t quite meet that standard. It made me wonder about the level of cleanliness in the kitchen, which is critical for any restaurant.
That said, Bojangles has an incredible opportunity to elevate its brand by prioritizing cleanliness and upkeep across all locations. With such a loyal customer base and a product that people love, improving store maintenance could make a world of difference in both customer experience and business growth. I truly hope to see improvements because the food and service deserve a cleaner, more polished environment.

I placed my order online. When I got there to pick it up, the place was barely busy. I walked, and the girl behind the counter was friendly and greeted me. That was about the only pleasant experience( this time ) with this establishment I've been here a few times, and it always seems to be the same. Attitude from workers, always seems to be out of menu items ( no matter what time of day it is ), and 90% of the time it looks like a tornado went through it. Dirty tables, dirty floors, and let's not start on the restrooms. Anyways, I told the young lady my name for my order and she said let me grab your cobblers. A few seconds later she comes around and explains they are out and she could replace it with something else. I reluctantly agreed to the pumpkin pies. She handed me my order in what seemed to be the smallest and thinnest plastic bag I've ever seen. Got out to my hotel ( like 2 minutes down the road)and grabbed a frie and, of course, cold. My drink was already watered down and tasted like a diet drink and not regular. Chicken was either burnt or just barley crispy. Hell even the pies were cold in the middle. Other than the nice young lady behind the counter this was definitely a great disappointment and a final straw for me.

I will say this is one of the worst bojangles . It’s 5:30. Pull to the drive thur and I’m told there’s 0 chicken . Then I’m told there is a 25 min wait on chicken . My son works at the bojangles in Lexington and I will say that establishment is ran a lot better than this one . How is it’s rush hour for people leaving their 9-5:00 jobs to not having any chicken? I’d say hire new management and give this location a better functioning and training in leadership skills .. Bless
