Lovely venue. Great place to meet for drinks and relaxing.

Over priced food and drinks , as many other bars around would not seeing myself going back , food was mediocre at best for the ridiculous prices

Breathe Lounge never misses! The extra dirty martinis are on point every time. I’ve been for DJ night and line dance night both had great vibes and kept the energy high. Always a fun spot to chill, sip, and vibe out.

I don't often go to Kernersville as I reside on the other side of Winston-Salem, but Breathe Cocktail Lounge is undoubtedly worth the trek across town. Jenn and the rest of the staff delivered impeccable customer service. The drinks, food, music, and overall vibes were exceptional!

Thank you for having the BEST PLACE TO DANCE and POPPIN DJs! We always have so much fun! Bartenders are fast, drinks are delicious and of course they have a Jennifer Smith and no-one can even get on her level! we are there almost every weekend and never fail to have the best time!

What a wonderful night! We greatly enjoyed our evening at Breathe. The staff is fantastic and attentive, the cocktails were delicious, and their menu items were also very tasty. The whole experience was wonderful and I look forward to going back. Highly recommended!

I’ve been there multiple times & have loved the place but tonight I went & I usually leave cash tips as a courtesy because I know taxes don't get taken out of cash. However the bartender decided to say something by saying “I guess we’re not getting any tips tonight” after I hit no tip on the credit card transaction. Guess not tonight then. Not to mention she did not even use the correct liquor I requested which wasn’t that big of a deal but It just still struck me as rude because I’ve always left a cash tip everytime I’ve ever been. Doesn’t mean you get to be rude. Just disappointing actually.

Hi there my name is Naidely and I had my wedding Feb 15th. This place was so perfect for a wedding!!! It’s so romantic, rich, and so beautiful inside. Ms. Jen is such a lovely person, such a pleasure to work with her and her team! The food was so delicious, drinks were amazing. If I could redo my wedding I would have it at Breathe over and over again. 1000/10 recommend having any party here. Ms Jen will definitely take care of you and make your dreams come true!

Breathe is my go to bar for a fun evening. Love the atmosphere and Jen is the best. She makes you feel welcome and makes yummy drinks. Highly recommend to anyone in or coming to Kernersville.
