Where's the Roast Beef? It is advertised on their scrolling menu but it is never on the serving line, no matter how early you go.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible & kind staff to carry your food tray.

Hadn't been there for a while. Food is still good and cooked with less oil than I remember. Prices are surprisingly still reasonable, much lower than K&W. Employees all low-key friendly. Reviewers expecting high-end restaurant seasoning and taste are being unreasonable and should go to a high-end restaurant (with its salt, sugar and oil). C&H does what it does beautifully.

Vegetarian options: Large salad selection as you enter line . Greens and other items in cooked veggies section. Actually, the main problem is resisting non-vegetarian items as you go through.

Parking: Folks seem hurried in parking lot.

Ordered catered food for Thanksgiving and we waited over 2 hours to pick up food. The older check out lady was rude to us. People that came in after us got their food before we did. And an actual customer got out of her car and got the staff organized worked for over an hour car to car to help then told to leave! Stuffing for 6 people really fed 3!! Pitiful never again

Boring food. Nothing like K&W. Mac and cheese has no egg in it, the turkey dressing has a strange ingredient in it. Not good. Mashed potatoes are cold before you get to a table. Management is a joke. They also never answer questions on their website so don't waste your time. Bad dining experience.

They seem to over cook alot of things. I have never been there when the roast beef was not overcooked terribly. Roast beef should be pink, not gray. I wish they would fix that problem, i love roast beef.
