Beginning of the end if they continue with the sub par customer service. 3pm and customers lined up to the door with only one register open, must be adopting the Walmart philosophy. I am also aware this post will change nothing because the franchise owner doesn't respond to any of the reviews like a business owner that cares would do.Ever notice that their receipts don't ask "How was your visit?" with a survey link? It's because they don't care.

They still are taking your order outside - but its fairly quick. Only issue is when you get your order and have to wait for the cars in front of you to get their food. ?

Ordered via Uber Eats and either someone ate some of my bowl OR Chipotle just didn’t want to fill up my whole bowl ?. Even when I go I person I have to request more rice. The food quality is great though.
