Unlike most chains If you go into any CFA you know you will get good food good service and a great experience. Competitors are usually very hit or miss but CFA is constantly great.

The Chic Fil A over by Glenn high-school off Glenn High Drive, i believe, is one of the most well managed restaurants there is to choose from in Kernersville, NC. The staff is amazing and so kind. There is a worker named Layla, and she is by far the most sweet ,caring, and considerate as well as accommodating worker I've ever met in my 34 years of living. Not only is she an excellent worker, but she cares for her 11 year old sister with the help of her friends and manages to do it quite impressively and with a smile across her face. At 18 years old, she should be out in college somewhere, but her sister needed her, so she stepped up big time from what I could infer. I think that ifin you guys happen to be around the area go to the Chic Fil A at Union Cross and Glenn High dr and leave her a tip! At 18 years old she's doing what a lot of parents can't, and some won't even do. Thank you kindly to Chic Fil A and all the delightful young workers.

Our food was great. The service was fast, as it was slow this Saturday afternoon. The restaurant is clean. The staff was friendly and very welcoming and fully staffed. This location cannot get a five star because as I sat in what I thought was a “Christian” establishment, I noticed every song that played over the speakers had words except for the Christian songs. The music for these songs are now just instrumental, no words. Why is Chick Fil A ashamed of Christian music? Maybe this establishment should look into Luke 9:26.

The food is very good. Service is quick. The drive-thru crew is very efficient.
Loved this Chick-fil-a! The cashier was kind, and the cooks got our food out correctly and quickly. Every table in the lobby had fresh flowers in the middle and they were so pretty! My belly is full!

They're always friendly and generally pretty quick at this CFA, and I've recently considered this my "home" CFA.
The only thing I am disappointed in is the quality of the fries. I understand that all CFA chains are switching to an "improved" fry, but they honestly taste pretty terrible to me now.
