Excellent location of my favorite fast food chain! Food was hot & tasty. Staff were friendly & helpful. The restaurant was kept clean, including restrooms. Fresh flowers on the table. No complaints at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right at the door. Entry flat & floor even.

Their food is great but the service at this location is horrible. Literally over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a biscuit? This isn’t the first time. Cars lined all the way to the road in the morning. Being so close to hwy 40, you would think they would be staffed enough to proved quick breakfasts to commuters. They would make more money that way! Because the service is so slow, I won’t stop anymore!!!

My recommendation would be NOT to conduct business at one of the dining room tables during the normal lunch time hours. Don’t sit and work on a laptop. Don’t take up multiple tables with employees or management working on computers. Don’t sit in the dining room discussing customers issues or fellow employees.I would ensure customers have a positive finding experience by not being subject to the above.If the architecture of the building does not allow for an office environment, then corporate needs to reconsider their design, or management needs to reserve a time other than the normal lunch time hours for this type of work.
Chick-fil-A is by far the best "fast food" restaurants around.One of their milkshakes, which vary by season, is not to be missed.The menu options are extensive, suitable for the young and adults.I prefer the chicken wrap with ranch dressing ? or a bowl of chicken soup, along with a Coke Zero for eat-in.Get your drink refilled before you leave.Always closed on Sundays for all employees to have the day off, which they love.Besides, try a local upscale restaurant on Sundays.Parking: There is plenty of free parking in their lot, even at the busiest times.Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of food options for the kids, as well as an inside play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Provides accommodations for wheelchairs through ordering, tables for eating, and restrooms ?

We were on a school trip & had an issue with our bus. It was pouring rain outside. We went in, food was hot & ready. The manager did not hesitate to let us stay in the dry after they closed until our bus was ready. Awesome food & staff!!!!!

On our way back from a middle school trip to Washington D.C. our bus got stuck in the mud on the side of the road. All 50 passengers on our bus were allowed to come in to this Chick-fil-A, were fed, and allowed to sit safely inside while we waited for a tow truck to arrive. All employees, especially Kara, were accommodating, polite, and went out of their way to help us. Kara even brought around mints to all students while we waited. 10/10 for this experience, everyone should visit this location! Thank you for your hospitality!Parking: Plenty of parking!Kid-friendliness: They were so accommodating for 50 children!
