usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit was disappointing. The portions were extremely small compared to what I normally receive. For the price, it didn’t feel like a fair value at all. I hope management addresses consistency because it really affects the experience.

This was my worst Chipotle experience. They were out of white rice at 9 pm; the store was not clean; the staff was not friendly; and they were obviously frustrated and ready to close, although they don't close till 11 pm. This is my last time. I would welcome the food safety board to make a surprise visit at 9 pm. It was terrible.

Ordered a chicken bowl. Barely gave rice, had to tell girl to put more in, then barely put any chicken, she scraped from bottom of container. When I mentioned it. She said I could pay for double meat. This was like a child's portion of food. Never had this happen at another location. Almost walked out without the food

I’ve lived here for years and this chipotle used to be great - it’s tragically bad now. The service terrible - they open late and the food isn’t ready when they do unlock the doors (not just niche things - the rice wasn’t ready, along with the chicken). We tried ordering online another day and the food didn’t arrive twice in a row - we ended up getting a refund after 2 hours of trying to get food. Love chipotle and I’ve worked in the service industry so I know my standards aren’t unrealistic, but seriously you guys have to turn this around for the sake of your brand! I drive another 30 minutes just to skip this chipotle for another.

First time eating here and the service was horrible. The two girls behind d the counter where so rude and had awful attitudes. Then when I checked out they were confused on what I ordered. I never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant in my life. Then half the topings werent there so I couldn't get what I even wanted to eat. The girls working their need a different job bc they had 0 customer service skills.

This place is awful if you're getting food delivered from door dash or placed an order online to pickup! The staff has consistently shorted us on toppings and this is the last time. I'm done with Chipotle! Tried the owners suggestion to contact Chipotle via the website chat service... what a waste of time. Save your money folks and go down the road to anywhere but here!
