I’ve lived here for years and this chipotle used to be great - it’s tragically bad now. The service terrible - they open late and the food isn’t ready when they do unlock the doors (not just niche things - the rice wasn’t ready, along with the chicken). We tried ordering online another day and the food didn’t arrive twice in a row - we ended up getting a refund after 2 hours of trying to get food. Love chipotle and I’ve worked in the service industry so I know my standards aren’t unrealistic, but seriously you guys have to turn this around for the sake of your brand! I drive another 30 minutes just to skip this chipotle for another.

First time eating here and the service was horrible. The two girls behind d the counter where so rude and had awful attitudes. Then when I checked out they were confused on what I ordered. I never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant in my life. Then half the topings werent there so I couldn't get what I even wanted to eat. The girls working their need a different job bc they had 0 customer service skills.

This place is awful if you're getting food delivered from door dash or placed an order online to pickup! The staff has consistently shorted us on toppings and this is the last time. I'm done with Chipotle! Tried the owners suggestion to contact Chipotle via the website chat service... what a waste of time. Save your money folks and go down the road to anywhere but here!

It seemed like the two women fixing our food had attitudes with just adding extra portions as we asked. Yes I do know it's entirety extra but with the attitudes though. They didn't want to give us extra anything. Even though I said thank you they just looked at us and carried on. I will not be visiting this location again.

Walked in and the girl said they were out of all meat. But there was clearly honey chicken sitting there, so why would you say you’re out of all meat?She made my bowl with the smallest portions possible, I got a drink with my food and as soon as I paid the cashier walked off to talk while I’m standing there with no cup.. I grabbed my own cup from the register then there was no ice. This Chipotle is a hot mess.

Ordered 3 chicken bowls, server gave us about 10 small chunks of chicken each, asked for more chicken stated would have to charge me $5 more per bowl. No ice for drinks and no lemonade available. Fork and spoons covered in some kind of a dark brown powder? Would not recommend Kernersville location.
