Love the food always been good I called an order in at 230 To pick up at 4 Arived at 4 and waited 25 mintues to get my order Told the cashier it was kind of pointless to call order in if i had to wait 25 min for my order She said tell it to the kitchen Very poor aditude in my opinion

Nice small town restaurant. Nothing fancy, but great food and service. Really good barbeque. Brisket is excellent, but you have to get there early before they sell out of it.
Just picked up a chopped sandwich and fries and ate it on my way back to work. The sandwich was amazing as always but....the French fries weren't even warm. Seriously people... you knew this when you put it in my bag. Do better....

If you are looking for the best BBQ in Kernersville then look no further. This is it. They smoke their Q right here in house. That is obvious in the taste, as it has a nice smoky flavor, tender and just delicious. I have been eating here for years, and the service is always up and down. Some days good, some days not so good. AT times they offer breakfast, then it is gone, only to come back later. Same for curb service. It was good while it lasted, now it's gone again. Inside the restaurant it is definitely showing it's age. The parking lot is gravel and the entrance has a steep drop off. Not exactly easy to get into and out of. The menu is large with plenty of options and something for everybody. The Q is very good. Hush puppies are amazing. Hot dogs are solid and they even have a foot long on the menu, which is always cool to see. The cheeseburger steak sandwich is amazing, and always cooked to order. My new favorite is the chuckwagon steak. This is one of the only places I know of to get one, and it is a real taste of the 1970's!! Portion sizes are large and you will not leave hungry. Over all very good. Just needs to be more consistent and cleaned up a little. Oh, and pave the parking lot.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is real hardwood smoked barbecue. The sandwich was enormous and filled my belly. They have two different types of coleslaw to choose from Red slaw And White slaw. Great food, good service!

Best BBQ around! Prissys P's was awful when I tried it.
Music was super loud, and it played commercials. Food was so-so compared to many bbq places I’ve eaten. Service was good.

Not the best food around and great table service anymore. Today will be the last time I'll eat here. The fried squash and fried okra were very overcooked. It was like eating rocks. Service wasn't much better. The place was dirty and at the table we sat at, the HVAC unit was spitting water on the table and my seating area. It looks like black mold on the ceiling vents. Apparently the owners and staff don't care about the customers anymore.
