Usually I love cold stone and have no complaints but today I was very disappointed... My ice cream was more "stretchy" than like ice cream And I couldn't taste mint at all. I feel this ice cream was a bit too old to be selling to customers.

I came into the store and ordered a somewhere over the rain-dough in a like it size. I noticed my ice cream didn’t have white frosting in it. The worker told me it didn’t come with that, yet I have been getting this same signature ice cream for 6 years, He then stated I need to ask for white frosting next time instead of assuming it comes with that. Customer service was horrible and it’s obvious he didn’t know what he was talking about.I will not be returning back to this location again.

Arrived at this location at 9:05 (it closes at 10pm). 3 people working. 2 are closing up for the night and ignoring customers while the 3rd is feverishly trying to keep up with the orders. Waited 20 min with barely anyone in the store. Be careful who you hire, 2/3 of your shift is more concerned with going home than helping the people that determine the success of your business.

If I could give a negative star I would…Buyer be aware here! Their product brand is not consistent with Cold Stone from what we received. “Bob” the owner never returned our calls to resolve as we were told by Kamal manager he would call us…until a complaint was filed with corporate, then Bob called us within minutes! His solution to resolve our negative experience was to buy another one from him! Not an ethical practice here! Buyer beware! We found that “Bob” could care less about customer satisfaction! We’ve bought this product from other CSC and have always been very satisfied. His product didn’t resemble at all the brand that has been consistent at many other stores.

We got the Chocolate devotion and it was delicious!! I added the chocolate basket but honestly the chocolate part was not so good, better with the plain waffle basket. Would definitely come back to try other flavors!

The ice cream was good, but I went THERE for a specific thing. What I have always gotten there, but they didn't even have one of the 3 mix ins I asked for. Then I asked how old were the cones and bowls were and the young ladies informed that they were at least 3 days old. I know from past experience those bowls are no longer as crisp as the day they are made and that they get tough and chewy. Then shake I got was so thin, it was like it had no ice cream in it all, it was more like chocolate milk. I spent $40 on two plain ice creams and a so called "shake". I could have gotten so much more for my money at a grocery store for $40, but at least I learned not to go back. ?

I had the most amazing time at this Cold Stone. Great customer service, great cakes, and amazing ice cream! The store is very clean, and they offer beautiful custom cakes! Highly recommend

Service was so bad. My wife got reeces and they weren’t even chopped up and mixed in her ice cream it was like 3 big chunks and that was it.

The service is usually good. When they are e busy there is one gentleman in particular maybe the manager who doesn’t seem to pay attention when they are busy. If he helps he seems to mess my order up. He’s even told another employee how to make what I ordered one time told them wrong. They need to pay more attention no matter how busy they are and make sure they know recipes.
