Another trip to Cookout and yet another mixed up order. I really enjoy this place but when I order a double cheeseburger with lettuce mustard and ketchup with a chicken quesadilla. Then get home and its a plain burger with a clump of dry chilly and a quesadilla with no sauce. Obviously someone else's order.... Too much hassle to call or go all the way back to the store and wait in line again. Sadly we are going to start going somewhere else. The staff at these locations has gone downhill.

Great, great food, can’t stress that enough. It’s a true cook out experience, you’re going to get it in a Togo container, wrapped in foil. It’s cheap but tastes like a pal just served it to you in his backyard. Check them out asap if you live in NC and somehow haven’t!

Perhaps I'm the only one, but... I have eaten at three different Cook Out restaurants, including this one, and I have yet to have a burger that wasn't overcooked and had just so-so taste.

My brothers and I came here in the evening to get us and our wives/girlfriends dinner. What should have taken maybe 15 minutes for the amount of people and food took nearly an hour thanks to them getting our orders wrong with food missing or giving someone else our order or us getting someone else’s order. Not to mention an argument broke out in the kitchen due to extremely immature and disrespectful staff.
For takeout when you have a large family, this place gives you the most for your money.

My BBQ sandwich was pretty soggy. The cold slaw had way too much juice. And I sat in the parking lot and ate it. Maybe they should start putting it on the side in a little cup. I couldn't eat it all because the bread was mush. Other than that everything was fine. Friendly staff.

Didn't get served nor greeted. Stood at the counter and all the staff acted as if I wasn't even there. I waited for 5 minutes, finally leaving quietly but disgruntled. I expect better service from this establishment but refuse to wait that long to place an order. Totally inappropriate.
