They speak to fast into the already difficult to hear speaker. They got my order wrong and didn’t apologize or anything. Just handed me my correct order and walked away. No customer service.

Have not been to a cook out for years. Our town doesn't have one . Prices and choices were good. Would go there if our town ever gets a cook out.

Ordered burger plate with okra and onion rings when I got to the window and paid they kept asking what my order was then I paid the total was $9.24 I gave her 2-$5 & 24 cents she gave me 76 cents back instead of a dollar then I got home and the burger was drenched in mayo the okra was almost burnt & so was the onion rings !!!!????

There was HAIR in the food , zero napkins , zero silverware, the worker could barley hear she seemed like she was intoxicated she was not taking her job serious it seemed like she didn’t care at all. It’s always first shift that messes up our order!
