My boyfriend called to see what time they was closing, because 2 restaurants that we attempted to go to was closing early due to the weather. We called and the lady that answered the phone is a straight B! I hope your night gets better. 😌 it was a simple question, no need for your attitude.
We gave Cracker Barrel another try after hearing all the improvements. I will say that nothing has changed. We are still here at the one hour mark from being seated. We still have no food, our coffee cups have been empty most of the time and it wasn't that busy when we got here. I really wanted things to be better. This will be our last visit. We gave the Cracker Barrel in Kernersville another try today after seeing all the recent positive reviews. I placed our order online and did the curbside pick up. Had minimal wait time, employee very pleasant bringing order out. Order was correct, large portions and the food was good and hot. Thankful for the turn around and hope this improvement becomes their norm.
