Christmas Eve breakfast understandably has a limited menu but not limited service. The wait staff was attentive and jolly for the day before Christmas and their 1st customers of the morning. Bravo CB!

The gravy was delivered to the table cold. We asked for a hot bowl. 10 to 15 minutes later we received hot gravy and fresh biscuits. We ate our bacon and eggs so they did not get cold.
Slow getting drinks refilled. Waitress was diligently working but needed help with refilling coffee/water. Appeared to be a manager watching area to keep traffic moving. She helped bus boy clean table. Waitress need someone to help them with refills.

This is the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been too. Second time coming here too. Our waitress had an attitude, showed up to our table maybe three times, and argued with my brother about how he ordered the wrong drink so he got the wrong drink (he in fact, did not). We were a party of 10, so I understand when the food doesn't get brought out exactly at the same time: but only half of us got our food, and then the other half ended up having to wait another 13 minutes for the rest of the food to come out. The other half is already done eating!
Not only that, but the food quality was bad as well. Never coming back here. The absolute worst Cracker Barrel.

Dining at Cracker Barrel after Church this morning. I've been going kind of randomly for breakfast and dinner. This place has completely transformed itself! There's a buzz and a feeling not present before. Everyone is trying very hard to do their job well. Smiles and cheerfulness everywhere. Food has been hot and well prepared, no matter when I've stopped by. This staff, in my opinion, deserves to be complimented. I wholeheartedly recommend this place now. We received very rude service from the Kernersville, NC location. We asked for a biscuit for each person in our party of 8 people. We were charged 3.09 for a basket with 4 biscuits and 3.09 for a second basket with 4 biscuits because there were not enough for everyone in the first basket so we ordered another basket. This is for a free biscuit that comes with every meal according to words on the menu. I didn't even know there was a button to charge someone for a biscuit. After the terrible service and rude talking coming from the kitchen about our order, we just paid the bill and left. The manager did not know what consisted of the egg sandwich meal that is on the menu. We had to look at the menu to read the description and show him because he did not know what needed to be changed. The plate came out with one egg and hashbrown casserole. It took three tries with three different people before the meal came out close to what the description read. We were just stopping for some Christmas shopping and a little refuel with a small meal because we had come from an event together where there was food but everyone was still a little hungry. Normally, Cracker Barrel has been a place with welcoming service and great food. Not at this location. I would beware before eating here that the normal friendly, quality Cracker Barrel atmosphere does not exist in the dining room area. The people in the store were very warm and helpful. It was after our shopping that we were treated so poorly.

Ordered a chicken salad, a meal for later and the chicken fried steak. Order was over 15 min late. Food was literally just thrown and tossed in a bag. Hot food was placed on top of the salad, which had turned hot by the time it got home. Received about 2 teaspoons worth of salad dressing. Person brought out the food and said here, biscuits aren’t done so you don’t have any. Absolutely ridiculous the lack of service and how they think we are inconveniencing them for doing their job!!!
