Tried this location several times. Wife called ahead 45min prior to arrival for take out still wasn’t ready. Sat another 1hr waiting on her food, till finally I walked out, this happened several times with ridiculous wait times. Every time food was wrong or they just sold out of your favorite sides. Such a shame Cracker Barrel has been a go to restaurant, not this location save your money go elsewhere you’ll be thankful you did. My first review, will probably be my last if it was remotely decent I would kept my opinion to myself. Everyone deserves several chances not this Cracker Barrel enough is enough.

This is the worst cracker barrel I have ever been too. I have been here twice and both times it took my food extremely long time to come out. The waitress was ok but even she was apologizing for the long wait. The host was confused both visits. They really need some training.

We had written this Cracker Barrel off several months ago after 5 back-to-back horrid experiences (poor food, slow service, and slow kitchen time). We heard there was a management change and things were much better. Last night our service, food quality, and kitchen times were exactly as other Cracker Barrel locations. Glad things are sorted out, we will be back!

This place is still such a let down. I heard things changed and service was better. My family went this morning, we made the 4th table, waited 10 minutes, and never saw the server. We left and went to the Moose Cafe. Cracker Barrel might be better off to close this location.

If you can cook a burger at McDonalds you can get a job as a cook at this location. Driest, most tasteless hamburger I have ever had. I ordered the hamburger rare every bit of moisture was cooked out of the meat. Funniest thing......I took the burger out of the bun and put it into my dog's food bowl. He sniffed at it and walked away from it. If that is not conformation I don't know what is. While I am on the subject of this restaurant. While I was picking up an order yesterday afternoon from this location an older gentleman was talking to one of the employees about a $50 missing order. The employee explained to the gentleman that they place online orders on a shelf that is right next to the pickup entrance door so that customers can just pick up their orders from the shelf without having to go through an employee. someone had taken this guy's $50 dollar order from the shelf and left with it. When I went back today my order was on that same shelf and not one employee was in sight. Anyone can just come in and pick up orders from the shelf, they have made no adjustment to that system.

We literally gave it a year. We did not come back to this cracker barrel for a year. Now we're trying curbside service and guess what? They still suck. I would advise everyone to not go to any cracker barrel because apparently they don't know what they're doing anymore.

I love Cracker Barrel but, my breakfast this time, was disappointing. I ordered sausage with my eggs and hashbrown casserole(I love this casserole) and the sausage which I don't normally order but, I was really craving it, was WAY OVERCOOKED AND TOUGH. The eggs, which I ordered over-medium were crispy around the edges. I did not enjoy them either.

I ordered pick up and when I arrived to pick up a $99. Order they left out 2 orders of biscuits,an orange juice,a half gallon of tea and 3 peach cobblers. I requested they give me what they left out. I still did not get the $16Worth of cobbler and was not compensated.I would not recommend.

This is the Cracker Barrel I go to most of the time. I went yesterday, (3/16/24) from the time I was seated and ordered just 3 pancakes and coffee, the food came so fast I was shocked. I was playing a puzzle and didn't feel like I was playing long before the food was there and OMG, the pancakes ? were to perfection. All 3 were as beautiful ? as they could be with crispy edges. I can say the pancakes aren't always top tier going to different CBs, but they were to perfection!

Waitress was pleasant, atmosphere was fine although it was unusually quiet, this restaurant does not have as many customers as it used to. However, I ordered blueberry pancakes and they didn't taste right at all. My husband tasted them, and said they tasted like cornbread, so perhaps they were low on pancake mix and added some cornmeal! They were not sweet at all like their pancakes normally are.
