Always enjoy going to Culvers in Kernersville. Wish there was one in Greensboro, NC. Keep hoping there's one being planned there!

Not sure if it was me before the food or just my order specifically, but my burger that I ordered came with toppings that I specifically did not ask for. Asked for a plain cheeseburger and it came with way more fixings than I had asked for, no big deal, I scraped them off and ate a third of the burger... Might try again in the future for a better result.

Ordered 2 cod fish meal. It was cooked in old grease and cold when served. Fries cold onions rings over cooked coleslaw was fair but small portions. Not worth $30. My first and last visit.

I come to Culver's almost every week to get dinner for my family. I've had issues before with my mom's gluten free bun being cold when I get it, which isn't a huge deal in itself, but is still an annoyance.
Yesterday, I went and got dinner for everyone again. I think the cashier I had was new, so I can't give her too much crap. That being said, I had to go over my order with her 3 times in a row. I had ordered a bacon deluxe basket with cheese& ketchup only, a double bacon deluxe basket with bacon and patty only, and a Double butter burger basket with gluten free bun.
We went over my order 3 times, which was fine because I understood she was just trying to be clear. Upon receiving my food and going home (15 minute drive, 20 with traffic), I found that the gluten free burger was cold in the middle, like it had been microwaved for 15 seconds and sat out. the bun was fine, but previous visits had the bun either still cold or soaked like it was thrown into a pot of water. It actually took longer to order the food, than it did to receive it.
Funnily whenever I do eat inside the restaurant, my order has never been messed up. Probably has nothing to do with anything, but something I do find odd.
I personally prefer Culver's burgers to any other fast food restaurant, even with the order I described being $40. However, it's getting to the point I'd rather get Mcdonald's because it's much closer, and I've had much fewer problems with the food quality and it being correct. I'd like either a refund, or free food the next time I come

This is a happy place like Cheers.Everybody recognizes you. Lloyd, the cheerful front end restaurant host makes everyone feel welcome. Good food , good prices and a nice place to relax while you're eating.

Such a wonderful experience. Best reuben I've ever had. My wife ordered her own concoction....we think they should add to the menu! A turtle sundae, add strawberry.

The decorations are beautiful! It's all very festive and the food is AMAZING! We were confused by the menu, but the cashier, Lee was helpful and explained the menu for my husband and I. Will be coming back!

I have only been here a few times previous and the service is never good. If you go inside the teenagers won’t ask you if you are standing there waiting for an online order. One time I ordered pull up to go service and after 20 minutes of waiting went in to find out they had closed out my order. The food order is often wrong as well. For all these reasons I don’t frequent this place but now we are very close and on this particular day over this last weekend my fiancé wanted Culver’s. The app somehow added on something I didn’t want in the area where they try to get you to add on before you submit your online order. I can’t grade a local Culver’s for an online mishap so I am not. When I came in the teenagers ignored me but the young manager (forgot his name but white tall guy prob 25) was attentive and very nice. I would give him 5 stars, but honestly he needs to be checking the bags for accuracy. I was missing the only item I was going to eat-fries. My fiancé liked his burger. I don’t want free custard tokens. I just want to be handed what I ordered and be on my way.

I moved back to NC from WI last year so I was curious whether the Culvers in Kville could produce the same food I got in Appleton. It was perfect. The curds and onion rings were great. The chicken is always just OK in both states (smile). Overall, a pleasant surprise.
Food is terrible. The burger patties were burnt, cold, and hard (crunchy). It tasted like had been cooked and sat around for an hour or two before being served to me. Of course the fries were cold and had a great film on them. The only saving grace my terrible meal was I ordered a mixer which was good. This sickening meal cost me almost $15.
I would think longer and hard about spending $15 for this garbage. I know I’m not going back anytime soon.

Culvers has the best burgers with real beef. Best krinkle fries . My favorite is the vanilla shake, thick, flavorful. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
