The burgers are flat and always burnt. I was rudely asked to pull up. I arrived and all the spots were full so I sat in slot 5. Then they asked me if I ordered already when it was an online order. I would have just left if they didn't already have my money. I will not be back.

I made a late stop tonight just before it started pouring down rain here in Kernersville,as I was waiting for the rain to slack up a bit one of the young men working there came to the door with and umbrella and walked me to my car in the pouring rain and wind. Now as a man I was like I'm good but he insisted that he walked me out and kept me covered until I was in my car. I didn't get his name but Thanks You Sir, that's what good customer service is like.

I have a suggestion for you, get a magic marker and write what's in each box, like Bur for burger and Chk for chicken..this would help customers trying to find what's in each box instead of opening everyone's sandwich Box! For me, I spend so much money here, I need this on my orders! Also, only put 2 sandwich boxes to a bag, not 3 and 4..I can't tell you how many times your paper bags have busted on me cause they are too full and heavy!!! Try this, I bet other customers would appreciate this too!!

Visited this store for lunch and had the worst Culvers visit i have ever had. It started with the drive thru cashier Nadia not paying attention to anything i said as i was ordering because she asked me to repeat everything twice. Then after paying i had to wait 8 minutes for my food only not to receive my sauce for my chicken tenders, which was on the reciept and my chicken sandwich was not made properly. I then proceeded to call the owner and she was very rude and not helpful at all and kept throwing excuses such as “we were extremely busy at that time”. I understand they were busy however they had probably 15 employees standing behind the counter not doing anything when i went in to get my bbq sauce that they never gave me. Because of this poor visit i will probably not visit not only this particular store, but any Culvers!

Got a some burgers and cheese curds to share with my boys. The double cheeseburger was so good the five-year-old almost finished the whole thing, along with a hearty amount of cheese curds, which were also delicious ? Topped things off with an excellent concrete mixer.While we were there, our interactions with the staff (probably mostly high school-aged kids) were a refreshing reminder that not all kids that age are bad. These kids were actually enjoyable to be around and watch as they engaged with the guests. I was pleasantly surprised.
Good food, very friendly staff, and kid friendly atmosphere. I normally like the fish and chips, and my children love the kids' meals. It also comes with free ice cream. As a family of 6 we love to eat here for lunch or dinner.

Gone are the days where you can visit this location and expect quality food and accurate orders. On numerous occasions items have been missing from my order, or food over or undercooked. After reaching out about the food quality and accuracy, I was given a coupon. After redeeming the coupon, there were still 2 sides missing from my order! Often, in the evening, you can find employees standing around talking and not working.

Ordered at drive thru, paid and received my drink, waited 25 minutes behind the building without receiving my burger. I called the store and some young kid told me it was busy so I couldn't speak to the manager. I went inside and was told they put the wrong number on my order and couldn't find me. My order was sitting on a counter. Service at this location is not what it once was. Manager was apologetic and had my food remade fresh. Food was good.
