I usually come here often and never have an issue but this time, my husband ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese. There was hardly anything on it, if you don't have enough of a product then don't say that you have any.

I stood and waited for my food for 15 to 20 min. They gave my order to someone in the drive thru. I'm standing there and nobody is asking me what I'm waiting for until I asked for my money back. They gave me the most nasty cold food.

The manager of this place is terrible, she is rude and screams at her employees in front of customers. I ordered an Iced latte with cream and sugar the way I like it, and she almost refused to make it that way because it’s milk based, like I needed a lecture! One of the employees of the gas station told me she’s always super rude and gets constant complaints

Sadly they packed the wrong donuts and I didn't realize for 20 miles. The other flavor was good but not what I wanted. The coffee was made quickly and was in point

I stood at the counter in an empty store for over two minutes and neither young ladies even acknowledged me. And not that I was in a rush or felt entitled, but even as I walked away they didn’t say anything. Weirdest encounter with staff and service I’ve ever received and I’m very much a friendly person.
Best doughnuts ever. Bavarian Cream is my favorite.

This will be my last time coming to this location, this morning I waited 22 minutes for a mobile order, medium coffee. They had three employees working there from what I saw and still had people sit and wait at the drive-through window and at the counter for no apparent reason. I would have left, but I was between the building and a concrete divider so I couldn’t get out, it was ridiculous.

I understand this is a new establishment, but this is literally the worst Dunkin' my wife and I have visited. Both of our coffees weren't even filled up all the way. We paid nearly $6 each for 2 drinks, so $12 total. The peppermint mocha was overpowering and distasteful. I asked for light ice in my drink and I belive they took that to mean "add more ice."
It's attached to a gas station, so expect it to be busier than other locations.
I wouldn't recommend it.

Any other time I would give the food 5 stars. But, this morning I ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese croissant, and I received a SEC bagel. Very disappointed. I'll go back, but I will check my bag before I leave. 🙂
