I rarely go to Dunkin' Donuts, but when I do, I remember why I have only been twice in 10 years. The donuts were stale, dry, and hardly any filling. Krispy Kreme is far superior in every way. Most grocery store and gas station donuts are much better as well. The DD off Rt. 40 in Statesville had 3 people working, and they were the slowest individuals I have ever seen. Def not a fan.

I LOVE this Dunkin!! I mobile order 5-6x a week and my order is made well every time. I may have to wait a bit when they are busy, but that happens at any place you go to. It always looks very clean in their building and their food and drinks taste fresh made. Angel is a wonderful manager and you can see how hard she works to keep things running smoothly. Cody, Jay, and Tay are usually who I see at the drive-thru window and they are all also very friendly and make me feel like a valued customer for EVERY visit. I highly recommend making this your place to go. To the owners of this building-- please make sure you take care of your workers the way they take care of me! Love love love this Dunkin' Crew
Every other trip there and the coffee is either...ok...or burnt. This last round, the coffee was the absolute nastiest coffee yet. Burnt, bitter tasting. I held off on drinking it to try and salvage it at home but when I popped off the lid there was a long black hair floating on top. Just Nasty!! I'll never go back to Kville D&D. By the way. I've been a D&D drinker for over 35 years. Let me tell you, the nastiest tasting D&D coffee I have ever had.

*This review is not a reflection of the food but the service*Bre (however you spell her name) needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment and a few training classes in customer service. My sisters and I went a few weeks ago and she literally treated us like we were wasting her time. She was just downright rude. Not helpful, professional, welcoming, upbeat…nothing. She didn’t pay attention to what she was handing us through the window and when I sat there waiting for the rest of our order, she yanked the window open and was all “did you need something?” Girl! The rest of my damn order if you don’t mind! If you didn’t want to be there that day you should’ve called out. Otherwise, do better!
