I don’t come here for the food only(but the street corn cobettes are the best!), I come for the staff! Sarah is the best bartender you will find in Kernersville and you can’t beat having Olivia or Emily as your server. You will feel like you are with friends if you have any of these girls!

Ordered chicken wings with lemon pepper take out at the Kernersville East Coast Wings and it was very salty. I am not sure why this should be so salty especially when people are watching their diet. I had to hold the the wings under running water to get some of the salt off the wings. If you need to add extra salt to people's orders, please try and ask them first and not assume everyone likes extra salt. I was very disappointed with the order.

Ordered 25 wings for delivery. 10 Sweet & Bold, 10 Cajun Ranch and 5 dry rub. Only got 25 Cajun Ranch, nothing else. Receipt showed the correct order, but clearly the staff was too lazy to even look. And they have their phones setup to not take calls when it may be busy.

Great food. Wings are awesome.Cool atmosphere.The only thing is my side of hot sauce was missing along with 2 sides of blue cheese. Instead I got all ranch sauces .I hope to see the accuracy of online orders improve in the future.Otherwise a great place.

I ordered the Bacon Ranch boneless wings, carrots and fried pickles. The wings and fried pickles were great. I didn't realize the carrots would be cold and raw so I was surprised when they brought them out, but they were as good as carrots can be without being cooked lol. The place was packed but the server was very attentive to us and was very polite. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back next time I'm in that area.

I'd give East Coast Wings five stars, but I'm afraid they might run out! Seriously, this place is wing-tastic! The wings are so good; they make me want to flap my arms and try to fly away. And trust me, I've tried. The flavors are so diverse; it's like a wing world tour without the jet lag. My taste buds are on vacation, and they've never been happier. The service is so friendly that I suspect the waitstaff might secretly be undercover comedians. I asked for extra napkins, and they handed me a roll of paper towels – they know what's up. So, if you're looking for a place to wing it in style, East Coast Wings is the feathered friend you've been searching for. Go ahead, spread your wings and fly on over! ?✈️?
