Firehouse Subs Main Street

Short, rude, they always leave something out. I have no idea how many times I’ve ordered from this one and they leave out my kids apple juice. Never have a problem with the firehouse in Greensboro, even the one in the hood is always on point. Kville needs to get it together

Update: 06/11/2025 have ordered from here 3 more times since I left this review. Every time I get uber eats they leave the pickles out. This last time tonight I even left a note on the order to please don’t forget the pickle, it’s been missing from the last 2 orders and my daughter loves them. They still left it out!!

Always nice service!

Placed an online order for the new spicy dill hook and ladder sub and the workers must have thought it would be funny to make an inedible pickle sandwich.

The service is very quick I was able to walk right up to the counter order my food and literally within 4 minutes or less I had my food ready to go. Great positive experience.

i just got the most disgusting cheese steak ever, who the hell puts mayo on a cheese streak. not only is there mayo on it but theres no cheese, its just mayo and steak......who hurt you as a child, like i know going into this the steak will be super cheap and bad but cheese always helps.....but its just gobs of mayo

also ontop of the the damn lid ripped and pour soda ever where.

My previous order was missing items, but the manager personally reached out to me to make it right. I got both items for free with my next order! The customer service is wonderful, and the food is yummy.

Door dashed a meatball sub and this is what I got. Called and manager acted like I was inconveniencing him…another poorly managed restraunt to add to Kernersville growing list.

Incredibly rude manager (or, I think she was a manager, since she acted in charge). Came in to redeem the daily free sub with your name, and she insisted we needed a "physical ID," despite having a picture of my license which matches the name on my app. Said it in the most inconsiderate manner too, without even making eye contact. Would've bought chips and drink with it, but I'll gladly not return to this location and take my business to the Winston-Salem location, where they're much friendlier.

Edit: Wound up ordering on the app and still got it free. Showed her. ?
