This place was so clean. The people were awesome. Tge food was hot and tasty. I usually don’t do fast food but was blown away by the care that went into a quick burger. Thank you

I stuffed myself. We were traveling about 8 hrs and the "road food" was getting to us. So we stopped here and the food was higher quality as I thot it would be

All Five Guys are pretty much the same. Burgers and Cajun fries are really good. Usually a little wait, but they are cooked to order. They are pricey though.

Clean, was greeted immediately when I walked in. There were people in training there and it seemed like the trainer was being very patient and kind to them. I say this because I've walked into places before where the manager was yelling at someone who was clearly still learning. Food was fast and delicious. The fries were still crunchy even after a 15 minute drive home.

Five Guys is delicious obviously, but i’d implore you to check out Big Burger Spot right down the street.

Building great, service great. But there's no way on God's green earth that a meal for one person should cost so much.

Yesterday my wife & I stopped by this place for a quick bite to eat. We each ordered a burger with toppings + 2 small drinks. In addition, I ordered a hot dog all the way. In an effort to save a few $, we opted not to get fries. My burger was nothing but a sloppy mess. Gobs of Mayo on each bun, and the other now slippery toppings sliding out all over the place. Most of it I just let fall on the wrapper. The hot dog: Their definition of "all the way" is not slaw, chili, onions, but rather some of each topping on their board. The hot dog was split open and fried. Rather nasty. After 2 bites I pulled the hot dog out and ate just the meat. Service itself was good. Employees were friendly. The whole ordeal set us back $37...for 2 small drinks, 2 burgers, 1 hot dog. A rip-off. My wife summarized our visit with "we're not eating HERE again!"

Great burgers, cold drink dispensers with many choices, free peanuts, too many French fries… What more could you ask for. This is one of the better Five Guys I’ve been to. If you’re in the area, you should try it. It’s also pretty easy to get in and out.

Way too expensive to eat here. 2 burgers and one order and 2 drinks should not cost 40$. But it does now. Just avoid this place as it is very unreasonable in price. $40 for 2 meals at a fast food joint is insane. Go elsewhere.

This is one of the better fast-food restaurants. The quality of the service was excellent. Everyone was happy and full of energy. They provide enormous amounts. The fries were served to us in a cup with an additional scoop placed inside the bag, and the ordinary burger is actually a double. Their range of drinks is excellent. Although I realize that cleaning in a hurry can be challenging, it was generally clean. The restrooms had excellent cleanliness. This is a place I would suggest.

This was our first time eating at a Five Guys and I have to say I'm not overly impressed. Maybe after readying on their website about all their "delicious" sparking marvelous reviews in nation papers and such... So, here we are sitting at this cute little burger join that has peanuts stacked almost 3 to 4 boxes high, there's music playing (kind of loud but tolerable). The guy who our order was super nice answered all my questions very politely - but his answers were quite disappointing. Plenty of toppings, just no toppings for the fries and the only cheese they use is American cheese. Hello! Not everybody likes waxy American cheese on a burger! For a cheese burger, two regular fries, and 2 regular drinks it was almost $40 ($38 and some change). My brows rose at the price, but thought - wow, these burgers must be awesome pure fresh hand patted beef patties, my mouth started salivating! Well, my taste buds were let down. Don't get me wrong the burgers are good, would have been better if they'd been cooked until they were done instead of having pink centers, but I could eat it and I did. The French fries... well there was a sign in the window that said "best fries in Charlotte", I started to go asked the people working if that meant only in Charlotte. Now like I've said, I've never been there, but I'm pretty sure their fries aren't supposed to be almost burnt to the point that every bite of almost every fry sounded like a potato chip and had just as much crunch. I like me some crunchy fries - but not all of them. Plus, the bottom of our bag was FULL of fries not counting the two cup thingies with fries in them. I guess you could say it wasn't the best. I don't mind paying for good quality food. But the mutter was simply okay - a lot burger joints have far better burgers - Hardee's as an example and they've never burned my fries!! Long story short - I'd choose Freddy or Steak n' Shake over this place any day, and I'd save money by doing so. Sorry Five Guys - but up the anti... Too much competition out there to be mediocre at best.

Very good hamburger but let's be real. 52 bucks for 3 burgers and one fry and drinks. Took the taste out of my mouth. Big daddy's across the street serves better burgers for less money and it's kinda fancy. Culver's is 15-20 less and the burgers are better. I've said dang that's a little pricey before, for fast food, but I said dayum, dayum DAYUM when she told me the price. I can't recommend them because there's better product for less in the same neighborhood.

The food is great, the only thing was that the fries were ruined with the Cajun seasoning not sure if they had an accident or what but I could not eat them, too much seasoning on ?.Parking: Free parking, easy to parkKid-friendliness: GreatWheelchair accessibility: Easy
