I tried to call to let them know that I was missing my apple turnover because I could not turn around but all I get is a recording saying no one is there to answer your call. Will be going in the morning to speak with an manager and will be reaching out to corporate.

No where does it say the 2 for 5 deal is only for certain sandwiches unless you order online.

Let me tell ya! You BETTER check your receipts at this one on South Main St. in Kernersville NC. When going through the drive thru and when ordering a combo MAKE SURE you specify what size you want. IF YOU DO NOT, you think you are paying the price that's on the drive thru sign but you're not! If you do NOT specify your size, they AUTOMATICALLY ring you up for a larger size than what's posted on the sign and charge you for the larger size. Just had it done to me.

Very often when I order they’ll respond with “that needs to be cooked, is that okay” like what do you meannnnn. Don’t you all have to cook everything? Then they can take up to 30 minutes for one meal. This will happen 7 out of 10 times

Jacob S. was our server on Sunday morning, 11/30/24. He needs to learn how to say "good morning" and "you're welcome", when someone thanks him, or get a job where he does not have to deal directly with the public. One of the rudest people working a counter ever. He was very slow and not able to stay on task. He looked like he wanted to be anywhere but at his job. He was just plain rude and even argued with a customer who came in after us. Order took forever to get. There were only 3 people in the store, and 3 cars in DT. Ordered 2 Cinnamon Raisin biscuits (thank you for bringing them back). I asked for light icing on one. Rec'd them, both biscuits absolutely drenched in icing, dripping icing. Sent them back, accidently left my coffee stick in box. The cook, I assume reached into the box, removed one heavily iced biscuit and replaced it in the same box with the same stir stick it. Yuck!! Store was very clean and food was good, when we finally got it and sorted it out.

The employees at this location are carefree regarding wait times for customers. Then when the order was wrong for our dine in order, they were like oh well no biggie oops. Was able to get my money back right away but really disappointed. Location inside isn't the cleanest. Dirty looking behind the counters and those oh so fun sticky floors. Not good.

Was skeptical at first with the grade being a 95.5, which these days that grade is common, and with the parking lot being empty. Glad I proceeded to eat at this specific restaurant! Very clean, service was good and the employees were great!
