will not come here again. do not online order or pay ahead because they will make you wait til ever person is taken care of before they make yours. just come in side and stand in line. trish is rude and the manager does not care.

I just paid $29 for this sub. It arrives with just ham, turkey and little cheese. No bacon or other. Looks so sad! I called the Kernersville store and have been on hold over 20 minutes so far!! Finally, hung up. The 3rd picture is what it should look like.

The subs are delicious but I’m consistently disappointed by the speed of service in this location. Pick up orders are not handled in a reasonable time frame and employees are unconcerned about the wait time. If you don’t mind waiting a really long time for your food, it is the best tasting sub I know of in the area, but you’d better give them 40 min or more to make it. :( Next time we’re hungry we’ll go to Jimmy Johns!

Parking: In a shopping center with many other busy stores. Depending on time of day, close parking can be hard to get, but you can always find a spot in the middle of the grocery store lot and walk.

The subs are so good, and I have never had any problems with Jersey Mike's and my portion until today. Come on, Jersey Mike's, get it together. I expect this from another establishment, but not you guys. I ordered two giant subs with extra meat, and my bread isn't even covered with meat. I don't even see the extra meat at a $5.00 cost on each sub. It will be a while now before I go back because 50.00 for two subs and you adding extra meat and not getting is too much. My subs did not even hardly have meat on them. If you get extra on your subs, make sure you are standing in the establishment and don't order extra toppings online. This is the second time they have done this so we all stop ordering even my cowoker is at the VA Clinic.

This is a consistently well run storeService is proficient and courteous. Orders are always correct. Parking is decent. Clean store. Now if they could just get Coke products instead of Pepsi, it would be perfect in my opinion

They Have Great Subs! Friendly Environment ? Me Wrapping Up One Of There #7 Turkey Subs Which I No Longer Work There But They Are Still A Great Sub Place Stop By If You Are In The Kernersville Area!!??

Placed an order on the app and it said ready in half hour. Got here in 20 then waited an additional 40 mins after the 30 min mark passed. Workers did not seem phased with 15 people waiting on orders - one lady said she was waiting over an hour. Yikes. Then on top of that my order was not correct. Glad this was just a one off stop on a trip. Multiple people walked out. Would not recommend this location.

Yes Jersey Mike is good hands down. But the Kernersville location has hit rock nasty I went on three different occasions and my sandwich was trash each time never made like I ask dry bread after asking for mayonnaise on both sides. The customer service is rude and where have all the good workers went because the ones that are there tonight May 2, 2024 is not the ones. I give them a 0 out of 10. I’ll go to Winston for now on. It should have been just a lettuce sub cause it was more lettuce then bread dry had to look for the meat and other sandwich products ?
