Had the buffalo chicken with added jalapenos... Oof... So good. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Looking forward to going back.
Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They communicated well and asked questions to ensure my order came correctly.
Tons of parking, as iyts beside a Lowes Foods.

Waited around for awhile everyone overlooked me until I spoke up even tho I was standing in line
Then they made my sandwich and slid it on bare counter no paper with only one person wearing gloves ughhhhhh come on please do better why me eww

Food is always good, service has been declining due to them doing call in and online orders. The customers standing in line have to wait for them to do online orders. I've had to wait over 10 minutes for them to start my order.

The poor management and organization overshadows the excellent sandwiches. The leadership at this location has yet to figure out how to balance online orders with in-store orders. Online customers routinely wait to pick up their orders while in-store customers walk in, order their food, and receive their food well before the orders from the app are satisfied. I have personally had in-store customers walk-in while I was waiting AND FINISH THEIR MEAL before I received my food.

I rate the atmosphere at 2 stars because the store is small and, at busy times, filled with frustrated customers.

The sandwiches are great. The young people try hard. For years, they have had no capable leadership at this location.

Always a great place. Food is always good. We get sandwiches here once a week through Door Dash. They are quick and food is always the best.
Went with the Chicken Bacon Ranch this time and loaded that baby done with everything Hot i had in the frig. Awesome!

will not come here again. do not online order or pay ahead because they will make you wait til ever person is taken care of before they make yours. just come in side and stand in line. trish is rude and the manager does not care.

I just paid $29 for this sub. It arrives with just ham, turkey and little cheese. No bacon or other. Looks so sad! I called the Kernersville store and have been on hold over 20 minutes so far!! Finally, hung up. The 3rd picture is what it should look like.

The subs are delicious but I’m consistently disappointed by the speed of service in this location. Pick up orders are not handled in a reasonable time frame and employees are unconcerned about the wait time. If you don’t mind waiting a really long time for your food, it is the best tasting sub I know of in the area, but you’d better give them 40 min or more to make it. :( Next time we’re hungry we’ll go to Jimmy Johns!

Parking: In a shopping center with many other busy stores. Depending on time of day, close parking can be hard to get, but you can always find a spot in the middle of the grocery store lot and walk.
