Jersey Mike's Subs

sadly the worst jersey mikes, order is never ready. I always do a mobile and they never have it ready i always have to wait. it’s either just sitting behind the counter or they haven’t even gotten to it and it’s past the pickup time.

We've ordered three times from here. It's always an awful experience. The teenagers working are loud, rude, and act like it's a hang-out spot instead of a job. Every time we've come, the teenagers feel the need to grab each other and flirt instead of work. It's so loud and overstimulating that I can't eat in there.

The last time we used the app to avoid having to go in there and speak to them. I asked for all toppings left off. They put them all on. When I called back, the girl said "Well, it's habit. Deal with it." I asked them to fix it and they refused. That's the kind of attitude that could kill someone with food allergies. They refused to apologize and wouldn't let me speak to a manager because he supposedly wasn't there. When I called the next day, no manager was there again. I've given up on this location. They need better leadership and to hire people who want to act like adults instead of children.

this location is consistently delicious and i love that they always label which sub is which for our takeout orders because my husband and i always order the same sub, different ways. great job guys! thanks for being so accommodating!!

First time to this location, and wow the staff was nice. I was introduced to the entire team, sandwich was well made. Customer service goes a long way! Will definitely be returning frequently

I’ve tried it twice and both times have been disappointing . Today’s visit was enough! She asked what I wanted - I told her and then she continued to take the line behind me. My order was completely overlooked. How about stop going so fast and make sure the subs are being made. They certainly wanted me to pay but I had no food! Then the cashier had to put on gloves and finish making my sub. Very poorly managed - the only place with getting fast food on union cross is Culver’s. They don’t make you wait and they get the order right. I just don’t understand why all the restaurants are so bad in this area. Dave your money at $10 for one regular sub. It is definitely not worth the trouble!

We stopped by today and had lunch! They were busy yet the food was amazing, everyone was friendly and they even picked at me about my “secret menu item” which is a Cali and my absolute fave. Thanks for the great experience guys!
