We have tried a few meal prep services and they have the best tasting food we've found so far! We've ordered a few weeks in a row now and it is always delicious and consistent. Being a cook and fitness junkie myself...I am quite sure their calorie counts are a bit off, but nothing can be perfect!! Edit: We no longer use this service as the menu never changed and the quality was inconsistent. I’ve found a much better local company.

We just picked up our second order and we can't believe how incredible the food is!! We order two family meals with extra protein, 3 pizzas and a dessert and then we divide it up between lunches & dinner. The food is amazing! I cant even put into words how flavorful it is! The right blend of herbs & spices and the desserts are to die for! These meals are The Next 56 Days approved and we are losing weight! Highly recommend!!
