Horrible hospitality, no manners girl with glasses that works there literally threw my plate on table did not even ask if food was ok or if there’s anything else you need. I been here many times spending my money and I get treated like this with such attitude and horrible customer service. Like if you don’t want to work there then don’t work there! Simple as that. Never had this kind of experience smh.

Ordered 1/2 doz. bagels. (2x cinnamon raison, 2x cinnamon crunch, plain, and pumpernickel). Received poppy instead of pumpernickel. I caught that at the store. Got home and realized I only received 1 cin. raison. 5 bagels for the price of 6. ?

Bagels have a fabulous texture with lots of flavor options! Same can be said for their spreads. Generous portions of deli meats or cream cheese. Highly recommend!!

Been going here since it opened, last weeks visit was a turn off. Young man didn't seem like he wanted to be there, bagel was good but they have started putting so little cream cheese on them you can't taste it. Will give it one more try soon.
I've had my ups and downs with this place with service and forgetting things on my order. They ido make it right when it happens. This time everything g was right and good service. They do have good bagels and spread. Walnut honey and blueberry are my favs.

I used to frequently go to Kernersville bagel. The quality has gone downhill and the staff in the morning can’t seem to be bothered. I have had numerous orders messed up. Our office used to do group orders and the last one we placed, the person who took the call sighed and said, we’re really busy. Not the way to run a business. There’s a huge turn over in staff & it shows.
