Service was poor. Staff has no personality. Don't acknowledge you. While I love KFC I will not return to this location. If I was in charge the entire stuff that was working today would be fired.

The person serving me was eating snacks out of the palm of her hand. She had a bag of snacks open in the cooking area and an open can of some kind of drink. The other employee walked outside to hangout & talk to a guy in his car. same employ was parked in the handicap parking spot. The other employee was parked in another marked spot. My first & last time to the Kernersville store. 🤮🤢

Have to wait too long for order. The older black lady that works the front line is very arrogant. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. She's very rude and rushes you when you're placing your order. This is not a one-time incident, this has happened several times; actually too many times. She never says, may I help you; instead she will ask what you want. She never says thank you.

The wait was unacceptable. There were very few customers in the store so they weren't pushed. The man served ahead of us said he waited a long time also. But yes, the chicken was good.

Building has not been refreshed in 20 years, it's dingy. I'm also getting tired of waiting over 30 minutes for food that I ordered online, 20 minutes before I arrived. Waiting in line for 20 minutes just to be told, "your order hasn't been processed yet" is beyond obnoxious. Employees do their best but it's not fast at all.

Went to this restaurant today simply due to it having drive thru, I was in comfy clothes. I get there and they tell me I have to come inside to place an order, fine. I place my order and pay for it. I waited for my cherry pie poppers which I didn’t mind because they would nice and extra hot. However I was extremely disappointed by the employee that sneezed multiple times on her own hands and kept on going like nothing happened. That left such a negative impression on me, I don’t plan on going back there. I am generally a non confrontational person so I didn’t bring up anything while I was in the store but it left me feeling so disgusted by her actions. I hope future customers watch their food being prepped because I saved myself of possibly getting sick. I would love a refund but I doubt it.

Absolutely awful customer service. Placed an order around 1pm to be delivered between 6-6:20 and found out the order hasn’t even been started till 7! This place needs to be torn down and manager fired. Because they clearly don’t care one bit.

I placed an online order. Pick up was 545pm. We arrived a few minutes before so I told the lady at the counter I had a mobile order for Amanda. She was playing on an iPad, never looked up, and told me it wasn't ready. There was a bag on the counter behind her, but I assumed it was for someone else. I stood back on the wall. Another worker walked up, asked what I was waiting on, she told him it was still cooking. She was still playing on the iPad. She stepped out and went to the bathroom. Came back, her cell rang and she answered it. Played on the iPad for a few minutes. Looked up at me and once again asked what I was waiting on - a mobile order for Amanda. She turned around to ask if they had finished it and the guy making buckets pointed at the bag sitting on the counter behind her. That had been there when I arrived 15 minutes prior. She handed it to me and told me to have a good night. Ridiculous, whatever was on the iPad must have been really important.

Editing to add a photo: I understand the fry container doesn't have a lid - but tying the bag in the fries where multiple people have to pick up the bag is less than sanitary. Especially since the bag was just sitting out in the open next to an employees drink.

This is the worst KFC's I've ever been to. The Drive-Thru is NEVER open. Been there like 6 times over the last year and every time I pull up to the drive-thru they ask you to come inside, so annoying.

I hate posting negative reviews, but EVERYTIME there's a issue at this location. Nomatter what day or time this location doesn't have food ready or no drive thru service. Ordered online today at 335 PM. App said order was ready to pick up at 345. I went inside and they just saw the order and hadn't even started it. Since it was 4 chicken pies I ordered online because i figured they wouldnt have 4 ready. Now im waiting despite my ordering online. Staff basically says, they just got the order. It may not be their fault but it's ridiculous. KFC has gone down. Not just in Kville but others too. I make an effort to avoid KFC due to continuous issues like this. Chick-fila or Mt Fried Chicken in WS for the win!!!
