Food was good but why does a chicken restaurant not have grilled chicken for those who can not eat flour? Also, there were only two people working in the entire restaurant therefore service was slow. The man working was doing his best but the woman working was not very nice or helpful.

This is my third online order where I needed to wait more than 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up. I ordered a full 30 min early. The food is ok, but it always seems like this place is one step from exploding. Not having chicken ready to go at 6pm, with a lobby full of waiting people is poor planning.

The employees treat you badly and raise their voices at you. The food is disgusting: hard potatoes, ice-cold mashed potatoes. The chicken is raw and excessively oily. You can feel the horrible sensation of oil running down your throat while chewing. I've vomited after eating here. I wasted my money and time. And the cashier is awful. The lemonade was water. It had no flavor whatsoever, only its color. Disappointing.Lack of professional ethics, lack of hygiene. This branch should be closed.

The two darker tenders were so hard I couldnt even bite into them I usually don't do reviews but something needs to be done with this location. Every time I go there is something. On top of the hard tenders they forgot my drinks i was just trying to get a quick meal getting off work and the whole experience was off putting

Everytime I pick up a doordash from here I wait at least 10-20 minutes. I don't blame the staff, they seem very understaffed.

The food was delicious and service was good as I expected to wait a little in this KFC, sometimes there isn't a wait and this time it was only a 10 minute wait which was fair for my large order. It's easier for the staff if you go inside (have some understanding, could be due to mobility disability) and order so if you don't want to go in then there's a chance you'll have to anyway though this isn't always the case. Food was real good though and fresh!

By far the worst KFC I’ve been too. Waited about 15 min to place my order when I was 1 of 2 cars in the entire parking lot. When I get to the window the girl tells me the ice machine closes to her is out and asked me if I cared if there was no ice. There apparently was some at the front of the store and when I told her I preferred ice in my drink she rolled her eyes and went to get the ice extremely annoyed. When she returned she gave me my drink and asked me to pull around to get my order. Waited patiently again for my food. When I received the food it was like warm and stale. The fried and chicken tasted old were not hot biscuit was lukewarm warm. Why did I have to wait for food that was obviously sitting around for a while??? $11 wasted as I trashed everything including my drink after she had such an attitude. I don’t recommend anyone waste their time and hard earned money at this location.

I door dashed during a rain storm. The chicken was perfect. Chicken breast was juicy not dry! Delicious! Whoever cooked it did it right!
