I spent 10 dollars today at for a energy tea it wasn't bad but it's really sour they should really find something in order to contrast the sourness with something fruity but other than i like that it gives me energy and a mean boost defo the taste was a little sour for me but kinda good in a weird way? But for 10 dollars sheesh you'd think they'd make it taste better but over all it's ok

Kvl is one of the most warm and welcoming places in North Carolina! Everyone is always so kind and helpful! I have never had a shake or tea I didn’t like. If you are looking for somewhere positive and healthy.. this is THE place to check out! My favorite small business of all times!

I live in the area and there aren’t really any places to get a smoothie from. I came across this place through Facebook so I decided to go yesterday to get a drink. I walked in the lady behind the counter greeted me, I spoke to her sat down and looked at the menu. While I was looking at the menu I heard her talking to a customer at the register about a stamp on his card you know like the promotional cards where you buy a certain amount get one free. I ordered a energy tea it didn’t take long to make then proceeded to pay at the register. The one employee that was there asked me how I heard about the the place I said Facebook she then walked off not ensuring the payment was processed or saying anything along the lines of thank you for coming in or have a nice day etc etc. Furthermore she never even mentioned the card I overheard her talking to the customer before me about. All in all I was displeased with the customer service and I will NEVER be back. Being that everyone in the store at the time was white I felt unappreciated and would absolutely not recommend anyone who looks like me to shop here.

I came in for a protein shake after working out and the owner was so incredibly kind, she made me feel welcomed. The strawberry banana shake is delicious, i actually finished it so fast i forgot to take a picture of it ? the protein cake pops are delicious as well! I will definitely be coming regularly ?

I come in regularly after the gym for a shake or when I need an energy tea for a pick-me-up. The shakes and teas are great, service is excellent, and there’s a wonderful energy here that draws in a community that reflects a similar energy.
