Great service & Kelly is just awesome as a person! She always has seasonal flavors, but also a great menu of regular flavors that are all yummy! It’s awesome to have a healthy option in Kernersville!!

I spent 10 dollars today at for a energy tea it wasn't bad but it's really sour they should really find something in order to contrast the sourness with something fruity but other than i like that it gives me energy and a mean boost defo the taste was a little sour for me but kinda good in a weird way? But for 10 dollars sheesh you'd think they'd make it taste better but over all it's ok

Kvl is one of the most warm and welcoming places in North Carolina! Everyone is always so kind and helpful! I have never had a shake or tea I didn’t like. If you are looking for somewhere positive and healthy.. this is THE place to check out! My favorite small business of all times!
