This location is the worst. Had multiple bad experiences here. I walked in today and stood at the register for probably a little less than 10 minutes and no one came to help. Mind you no one else was in the restaurant. So I stepped outside to call them and was immediately put on hold and sat on hold for another 6 minutes before saying forget it

I haven't been here in about a year and a half. The pizzas are dry and cold. Next to no cheese or sauce. Little Ceasars used to be a decent low-cost option. Not anymore.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The “manager” ignored my family for about 10 minutes before rudely addressing me and my children and swearing in front them. (They are literally 4 &1) then she proceeds to call the police because she “didn’t like my attitude”. So we waited till the police arrived and of course nothing was done. It was a waste of time and resources and the store and the people running it are a joke. Absolutely ridiculous

I went to Little Ceasars today to get a pizza and wings since I haven't had any in a while ..the lady took my order she told me.that the wings would be a 20 min wait so I said never mind just let me have your Pepperoni Pizza she gave me a pizza outta the warmer I looked at the pizza and asked how long had the pizza been in the warmer she said not long being that it felt hot and I didn't have much time to wait I went ahead and took the pizza when i git back to work the pizza wasn't hot it was just the box and it wasn't cut good and it wasn't fresh at all...I am very disappointed I wasted my tile and money going there ...IT CLEARLY SAYS HOT AND FRESH

I’ve always loved this location. It’s our only one near me in Kernersville. There was about a 6 month period that I was getting undercooked pizza. Then we started ordering the thin crust and it seemed to be cooked better. One day I went in and while I was waiting on my order I was standing by the door and saw the guy they had that retrieved the pizzas from the oven pull them out before they were done. Even though it was kind of busy, I stopped going for a while because I was upset with the pizza being under cooked. I just started back ordering recently and the times I’ve went, I’ve noticed new workers. I’ve had better pizza and crazy bread these past few times I hope they keep doing what they do. Today I was greeted by a sweet employee. I ordered the thin crust today with crazy bread. As of today 10/10 is my rating. I hope they are back to being the little Caesars that I know. I hope the new Team workers stay
The young man making pizzas was working his tail off. I think he was on his own back there. Deserves huge raise Pizza order was on time , fresh and delicious.
