Burger was mediocre. I wouldn’t make a trip over there just to get one. Granddaughter’s pizza was just not good at all according to her. We probably won’t go back. Ask for service there is none once you order your own own.

Food is quite expensive the last few times I've been here things have been missing or food just really thrown together and doesn't look appetizing. My pizza I got today was mutilated. Who would want to eat this?

First time trying this place. We where just in the area and wanted some pizza. I wasn't greeted or anything when I came up to the counter. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way! reasons why I asked for it to be cooked extra crispy. Pizza wasn't flavorful at all and the fries oh my..... no salt and taste like they where recooked just so they can be hot on pick up time. I know a fresh cooked fry when I taste one and this was not it. What a waste of money. Will not return and will tell my friends and family about this. Terrible 👎

Listen, this place is what it is. It’s inexpensive and pretty tasty if you leave any expectations at the door. It’s fast and does the job. The staff was friendly enough but it’s a quick experience without much interaction.

Terrible food today, may be this way always but we got the Asian Chicken Wrap and the Cajun chicken wrap. Both not very good, mediocre at best. The portion of sweet potato fries could have just been ignored with the amount they gave us. Want worth placing in the box .
Terrible food and Kernersville doesn't have much to choose from.

If you're a vegetarian, they have portobello mushroom burgers. Also other every good vegetarian options
The Loop serves as a great midweek light meal option when I don't feel like cooking, but the whole family can't decide on the same take-out option.
With that being said, I do NOT recommend drinking the water here. Something is definitely not quite right. It tastes like melting plastic every single time.
Also, can you guys please breakdown and finally replace the ice maker?

Ordered a delivery and they sent the wrong order and the driver stated that The Loop’s app was down and made the driver wait to bring the wrong order. Then when I tried calling them, they took the phone off the hook. $40 spent for the wrong order to be delivered and no response. Never eating there again!!
