Terrible food today, may be this way always but we got the Asian Chicken Wrap and the Cajun chicken wrap. Both not very good, mediocre at best. The portion of sweet potato fries could have just been ignored with the amount they gave us. Want worth placing in the box .

The Loop serves as a great midweek light meal option when I don't feel like cooking, but the whole family can't decide on the same take-out option.
With that being said, I do NOT recommend drinking the water here. Something is definitely not quite right. It tastes like melting plastic every single time.
Also, can you guys please breakdown and finally replace the ice maker?

Ordered a delivery and they sent the wrong order and the driver stated that The Loop’s app was down and made the driver wait to bring the wrong order. Then when I tried calling them, they took the phone off the hook. $40 spent for the wrong order to be delivered and no response. Never eating there again!!

Just met up with a friend for lunch and ordered a crispy chicken salad. What I didn’t do was check the ingredients for dairy. When I got my salad it had cheese on it and when the manager learned about my mistake, he immediately ordered me a new one. Thank you so much and I appreciate your kindness. It will not be forgotten.
