Not all Mad Greek Grills are created equal. It all depends on the staff. When Miguel is in the kitchen, the Kernersville Mad Greek is head and shoulders above the others! And yes, I have eaten at the ones in High Point and Winston Salem. I’ve also eaten at multiple other Greek restaurants, but this is the best spanakopita I’ve tasted!

I dined at Mad Greek Grill and had a wonderful experience! The service, particularly from Sofia, was outstanding - welcoming and attentive. The Buffalo chicken pizza is a standout dish and one of the best in the triad! A must-try for anyone new to the area. I highly recommend Mad Greek Grill for delicious food and excellent service.

I made a random stop on my way to Winston Salem and found this gem. As mentioned by other reviewers, the customer service was A+. The young woman working the counter was courteous and genuinely concerned about my experience. She answered my questions and made appropriate suggestions as I posed questions. While I dislike iceberg , I love how their salad has shredded lettuce, and the ingredients are tossed and not just thrown on top. I requested some dressing from the fridge because...
