I went to eat with my family and the worker slammed my food on the table without even responding to me saying thank you. Please fix this service.

I went there to have nice dinner with my parents, but everything went wrong. The workers there don’t even pay attention to you when you arrive, they make a long face, and they don’t even greet you. There’s a worker there named Ashley that took our drinks and didn’t even face us to greet us or even said you’re welcome. The food was also cold. I don’t recommend eating at this McDonald’s if you want to have a bad time.

Went through the drive thru for a Coke Zero. Was told they only had Diet Coke. Asked for Half Diet Coke, half regular coke. The attendant said he couldn't do that. I asked how long they hadn't been able to do that. He said he hasn't for awhile.
I ordered 2 bottles of water instead. I am a huge McDonald's fan, but was disappointed today...

What can I say about the food. It is McDonald’s and is expected to be great always and this one did not disappoint. It was kind of late so not too many people there. I guess my only complaint would’ve been was. It was quite chilly since they weren’t there, but we were OK since we were traveling and just needed to go and eat for 20 minutes and leave.

Just had an extremely poor interaction with the manager here approx 10:41am 7/20/25. I purchased breakfast from drive thru and ate my food in the car.

After eating my meal, went inside to refill my drink (as one would do while dining in, but also as I've done numerous times at this store and dozens of others).

As I'm sitting in my car about to leave, the old Karen of a manager comes out and begins to harrass me about bringing a drink from outside into the store and refilling it, calling that dirty and also calling me dirty. As a black man, I know for a fact this individual chose to approach me and escalate this situation because of my race

This is probably the most ridiculous interaction I've had with anyone in the service industry in my life. My first job was at McDonald's, for 3 years. I've already complained to corporate but am posting here for visibility.

I have attached a picture of my cup...I keep Wendy's straws in my car to use instead of the cheap McDonald's straws that can be damaged just by removing them from the packaging. When Corporate responds, I will be showing them as well.

TLDR; the Karen on Sunday mornings has too much free time on her hands. I'm sure she has a very fulfilled and happy life.

I just left this location .. 7/17/25 10:50am .. I ordered multiple things they forgot some things out my bag. I sent my little sister inside one of the young ladies was so rude to her she came back outside crying I had to go in & they tried arguing me down about what they missed in my bag very rude very unpleasant.. then said “check the camera she’s lying” so I agreed to let them check it because I know for sure my sandwich’s were not in my bag .. I will not be going back to this location the manager was quiet it was one of the crew members short female.

Wish I could add a photo but I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit EXTRA BACON. I received a bacon biscuit doesn’t even have the extra bacon on it. This is now the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s and first time I ordered a hotcakes meals and didn’t even get my hotcakes!

I ordered a plain ice latte with no flavor and one of the girls took it upon herself to add caramel to it. Upon tasting it I was utterly disgusted. I am diabetic so I can’t drink something this sweet without feeling sick. My son went back inside to have the correct order made and the girl complained within headshot of him stating “I didn’t wanna put nothing in it”. This is not a matter of what you do and don’t want to do, just prepare the order. What a dumb b.

Used my points for a caramel ice coffee just for it to taste like coffee and milk no sugar no caramel and I'm a coffee lover so this pisses me off.. waste of my points and it always this location and the same staff

Ordered using uber eats and was robbed! I rang the restaurant twice and they said the food was picked up. We never received anything. Uber is expensive enough as it is.. I know this isn’t McDonald’s fault but they need to know that Uber drivers are stealing orders.
