I ordered two sausage and cheese biscuits. She rang up two sausage, cheese, and egg biscuits but removed the egg. Trying to charge me double. I made them fix it. I wasn't paying $10. For two sausage and cheese biscuits. She should have rang it up to sausage biscuits and add cheese. Not rocket science.
The price has gone up tremendously over the past year. Better food out there for that price. Fries are still great.

Service and food had been better at this location lately, but this last time when I went, the cashier went over and started making my food without washing his hands. The manager (Sosa) refused to remake/replace my order. She told me the general manager would be there on a certain day, but when I called, I got the run around and was told she didn't come in that day.I called another location to inquire about how to find out when the area manager would be there. He did even better-got my number and spoke with the store owner. I went to the other location to have my order replaced and was told the owner would speak to the shift manager at the first location (both in Kernersville).
