I go through there every morning for breakfast. The order is continuously wrong have talked to several managers. Nothing changes and the quality of the food is not good. Muffins are so hard. They’re like a brick hashbrowns very greasy. The people at the windows are generally friendly, but get very defensive When they’re told the order is wrong again.

The dinning room is clean, the guy who hovers around keeps it clean. It’s a bit awkward, but it’s clean. As for the rest of it, it might as well not have indoor seating. You can’t speak to anyone inside. Tried to tell them they were out of ice, out of ketchup, and ask why when we ordered dessert after dinner that despite having a table top number and selecting eat in, it was left at the mobile check in.

Me and my family eat here all the time but today we came in and the seating area is totally different. Our food came out cold and the tea was watered down. I did not enjoy my burger or my fries. The lady that brought our food to us said "Sorry it took so long, atleast its fresh and hot" My sons burger in the happy meal was wrapped backwards. The receipt paper was on the inside with the burger. I'm very disappointed.

The water from the soda machine had an odd after taste as did the soda using the same water, the Dr. Pepper came out flat and undrinkable. I was also given a fried ball of dough instead of a nugget which was foul to bite into

Food has gone downhill, every syrup package had punctures, hashed browns were super greasy, and it doesn't seem clean inside. I won't return to this location.

I feel like sometimes it’s a hit or miss at this location. I went a few weeks back and the food was good. I went again last week and it was okay. Then this time it was okay. I like the one off of S Main Street the most but here it it a hit or miss

I’ve been going here for years the quality is definitely going down. Fries obviously had been sitting there longer than 10 mins. The chicken patty was greasy yet dry so definitely was in storage longer than recommended didn’t get my order correct and was missing my side even though I SAID it verbally twice. Don’t get me wrong the people are nice. Yet incompetent. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR SOMEONE, THEN ASK AGAIN SIMPLE. I said light ice and it was marked on the screen as LIGHT ICE. Yet they tried to hand it to me full of ice. Code would not go through but this is the second time at this McDonald’s that they’ve had code issues. But works perfectly fine everywhere else I go. I’ll just continue to go to the one off Union Cross or Main Street.

I typically don't review fast food restaurants but I've had a long day on the road and just wanted to get something quick while I got gas. They gave me the wrong order despite it being correct on the receipt and didn't give any napkins at the drive through.
