I can’t speak to how everything is at lunch or dinner but I stop at this location sometimes on the way to work for breakfast. The morning crew is fantastic. Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to for breakfast. Super fast in the drive thru. Order is always correct and the workers are friendly. Great job

Check out the yelp review average. I would avoid this location if you are white because the servers are very rude. I paid for food and they wouldn’t give me my food only gave me and orange drink and yelled at me saying “you want ICE” over and over. Avoid this location!!!

Went the the drive thru last Friday night. Ordered a double cheeseburger. I would not feed to my dog. Cold, cheese not even melted. If you can't provide the same level of service you provide during the day just close at night.

Line was long pulling up. but that's OK. My complaint was about the food. Not cooked well and not put together well at all. I ordered QUARTER POUNDER MEAL and a 10 piece chicken nuggets. Given wrong soda and the sandwich was not put together nicely and all my fries weren't not golden crispy. more like golden soggy. how can that be? isn't the fryer set on a timer? 10 piece chicken nuggets were not so hot half kind of cold. again how can that be? May have been busy. but I didn't complain about that at all. The young lady working in the drive thru window was not a happy camper. I did not eat my soggy fries and only 4 chicken nuggets were hot. Jag Branch needs better night management.

I usually have a pretty decent experience here with good customer service. Maybe once it took a while waiting for my order but mostly the service is pretty quick. Very clean! One of the best locations in Winston-Salem/Kernersville! Best sweet iced tea btw!!
