The food was very delicious. we started out with the grilled chicken nachos. my husband had the salmon and i had the grouper. very nice and inviting atmosphere, and our server, Elissa was very kind and helpful. she offered menu suggestions which was on point. she made our dining experience much more pleasant. we would definitely recommend this restaurant. this is a definite keeper

The night 11/25/25, my wife and I went to our at least once a week favorite place. We sat in bar area walked right in and sat at open table. Waitress came over, someone we have never had before, took our drink order then our meal. After two apologies by her for food not being there, about 50 minutes from order time, food arrived as I was getting up to let them know we were leaving. I sat back down and ask to speak with a manager. The manager approach table without server who had apologized for slow service twice. Her first words to us was did you get an appetizer, I responded no in disbelief that she had not been made aware of issue before she came over. once she heard our response no she stated emphatically our ticket had only been in for 32 minutes, to that I responded aggressively because of her tone to us. I do wish I would have said something other that my response but in that moment she had created in my opinion she got what I gave. She said to me as I was leaving that I would never be allowed in Outwest again. Granted We have spent about 2000$ this year in their business and always been satisfied.

Always a family favorite. Prices may seem high but are 100% worth it.

Started with filet mignon beef medallions and they were very good. You get 4 pieces for $20 so wish there was a little more for the price. I ordered the 16oz texas spiced prime rib ($48) with the burgundy mushrooms and separately ordered stuffed tomatoes signature side($7.50). The prime rib was served in a unique way. They must have sliced it and then seared it. The texas spice was okay but some of the seasoning tasted burnt where the grill marks are. The mushrooms and the stuffed tomatoes just needed some salt that I added at the table. My wife had a burger and my baby boy had some chicken tenders. No complaints from them. We will be back, but we will try different options on the menu.

Over all a very good experience. Clean. Professional and prompt wait staff. Seated immediately even though they were super busy. Food was hot, fresh and delish. I stopped in for a hot meal while traveling for business. I’d definitely stop here again. Ty for the hospitality.

Went there and sat at the bar. The bartenders only really interacted with the regulars.

Won't sit at bar again, but food was delicious.

Great meal; excellent service. There is nothing else to say the ratings above says it all. They have outdoor seating as well. Been going for years. The food, the service has never changed and that is why we will continue to go for many more years. The steaks are perfection.

Sorry... wish we'd taken pics but the need to eat was too great!
We ordered a shrimp appetizer ... 6 well seasoned shrimp surrounding a tower of diced tomato and avocado which was dressed and seasoned and tasted yummy alongside the shrimp, potato skins (they were in chunks... not like home fries) topped with melted cheeses and bacon. The only thing I world change was the ranch was under the potatoes... not on top... so I missed it until halfway in. I would also add Scallions to make them perfect. But i liked them in this form better than traditional skins. But my favorite was the stuffed mushroom appetizer. They were served in to of a tomato gravy. I don't have the menu in front of me so some details escape me, but the stuffing was so good!
Most of us got the 12oz Ribeye. The server asked if we wanted steak sauce. I said if the steak is good, i don't need it. We'll, thank goodness for a well-seasoned, well-marbled, tender mid-rare steak cooked perfectly.
The mashed potatoes with demi-glace were definitely from scratch and delicious.
The service was great. They were slammed and our wait was not nearly as long as we anticipated.

Placed a curbside order, like I frequently do when I travel to town for business. Checked in and was told my food was almost ready. 30 minutes later still sitting in the parking lot, I had to call again. The hostess was sooo nice, she apologized and said that my order just came out. Drove less than 2 minutes to my hotel to eat. The stuffed mushrooms were Great! But my burger, was tough, cold and tasted like cardboard, beyond well done, when I ordered Medium well. Fries were also cold. Such a waste of money, I couldn't even eat it. I think they forgot about me and my order sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes until I called again. Disappointing.

This place was nice but discrimination is unacceptable in any way. My father in law is a 100% disabled veteran who suffers from pain and PTSD. He served our country and paid his dos. The manager Christine, commented on us using a handicap parking space, which he does have a tag and plate to use, saying he doesn’t “look” disabled therefore he shouldn’t park there. She was aggressive and loud about it too. We explained the situation (even though we didn’t need to) and stated that all valid legal plates and tags were displayed, and it’s unacceptable to judge someone purely based on image, this caused an anxiety attack and completely ruined his night. We came here for my wife’s birthday dinner. This is absolutely ridiculous, a steakhouse that discriminates on a disabled veteran. This lady need some PR training or something on how to speak to people. If she treats her customers like this imagine how she treats her workers. I do want to mention that our server was fantastic and apologized for the managers actions.

Not worth the hype. Not sure they can make a good steak. Burger is good probably the best bet if you have to eat here . Have been several times and the steaks just don’t hit the mark. Have had a lot better at chain steak houses. Honestly if it wasn’t work paying for dinner I definitely don’t waste my money here.

First time here this past Friday and man was I impressed. We started off with the onion straw things as an appetizer with ranch. Man their ranch is amazing.

For the entree I got the bacon wrapped filet with fries and my wife got some honey glazed chicken or something like that with sautéed mushrooms. My wife said her chicken could have been more flavorful but overall wasn't bad. The mushrooms were her favorite, and they were good!

That filet mignon was so good. I asked for medium and parts were medium and others were medium well. Overall, I was satified and will be back
