I have never eaten at Panera Bread until Saturday morning!! I was picking up a delivery and once I was done I decided to go back and get me some breakfast!! I got the Steak and Wake on a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel!! It is quite possibly the BEST thing I’ve ever eaten!! I have found my new breakfast!!

Most of our groups food was good and the staff was friendly, but we repeated told them we have an egg allergy in the group and they wanted a plain salad because we couldn’t confirm any of the dressing was safe. After our wait we receive a salad covered in ceased dressing. We bring it back up and say we need a new PLAIN salad because of an allergy. They give us a plain salad with dressing on the side.

I don’t really leave google reviews but this is easily the slowest food-adjacent business in the whole of Kernersville besides Wingstop. I would sort of understand if it was better than average chain-quality food. ordering soup and toast is somehow a 15 minute wait. Often times there’s 1 or 2 employees making food and 3 or 4 just standing around chatting

The girls should reduce their talking and do more work. When I was watching, the girls were chatting and kind of slow in preparing food.
Very primitive location. No kiosks they make you wait in line for the lone cashier. Very inefficient location
