Staff is unorganized took more then 20 minutes to get my order just for them to not even get it right so they made me wait another 15 minutes to wait on the rest of the order. No apology or nothing. Seems to look like the manager doesn’t even care due to the negative comments that were made during her prepping sandwiches. Very disappointing.

I took my younger sister to this Panera, and we got a 2 Mac and Cheeses and a ciabbata steak sandwich. When we were getting our order taken, the employee was very standoffish, and did not make eye contact smile or even start off with a how was your day or are you ready to order. Then when we finally got our food , the macncheese was room tempature and undercooked. Not warm but room temperature. The sandwich was also room temperature. They were also out of bread, which is crazy because it's literally called Panera bread. And then when we got our food to go sit down, the whole dining room was a mess. I saw a ton of employees, not doing anything, but standing around yet the entire dining room was so dirty, all of the tables covered and food and breadcrumbs, which is weird, considering they were out of bread. The prices were ridiculous for the quality will not be coming back.

This store serves the best chicken salad sandwiches among all Panera bread stores!. The sandwiches I got at 3 pm today were so fresh and filling. Of course I ordered Panera $1 cup soup to go with my sandwiches and the whole meal was so delicious! I like this Panera bread location, which is obviously superior than some other locations.

A bus full of kids came today and the staff was working a very busy Friday lunch rush. Although the food took about 20 minutes to come out (nothing crazy...), the food was warm and the 2 women running the line were very thorough and efficient. A gentleman raised his voice and cussed at 1 woman working the line and she didnt deserve that.. these women looked like they'd been doing this for a while and weren't tripping over themselves. She handled her own and got his food out promptly. Im giving 5 stars for the atmosphere because the only one ruining the atmosphere are those who dont understand the food industry and patience. I hope those ladies have a better day ❤️ they deserve better from people.

Oh my lord this place needs help. After paying $40 for lunch you would think it would be ok. The staff is working as hard as they can, the manger opened the kitchen door, said someone needs to move to the registers, they are swamped on the line. What is the manager doing? It is so pitiful. The person at the registers got asked how big are the sandwiches and she responded, I really don’t know, I don’t eat here. Hire a new manager the staff is sinking and trying so hard to get things taken care of.
