Papa Johns Pizza

Last time I ordered from this place wait over 2 1/2 hours for a pizza and then they expected me to pay for it then I’ve already ran out and got something else. Customer service is horrible. They just keep you on hold and never get back to you cause I don’t wanna deal with you.

Carry-out is fine but I don’t recommend delivery.

I made an order just before 8pm for delivery about 12 minutes away. Over an hour later, the tracker said delivered but there was no food. I called at 9:08 and they said the driver had left without my order but he was leaving with it now. At 9:45 we still hadn’t heard anything and the tracker wasn’t working. We checked the door and the pizza was left in thirty degree weather without a knock, doorbell ring, call, or text. So after 1 hour and 45 minutes we got ice cold pizza.

They easily gave a refund which was very nice but I wish we’d gotten hot pizza. Our neighbor has also had to track down orders even though our houses are clearly marked. Overall, carry-out is consistently fine and everyone is kind but avoid delivery.

They always do a great job getting our order just right!

I dont understand why my order was redirected to door dash. This hasn't happened before. This used to be one of the last establishments that still employed their own drivers. It's a shame.

Pizza was undercooked and had too much sauce!! I asked worker/ manager to cook my pizza longer. He acted like he didn’t want to do it and had a condescending attitude. Short lightskin boy with curly hair and glasses. Once I went home and tasted the pizza I immediately left back out to get a refund. When I was there asking for my refund, he had a condescending attitude again. Service is trash. I do NOT recommend.

This place has the worst customer service ! Get you some employees that actually want to do their job and treat people with respect.

Id give this half to no star but gotta at least give one. On July the 15th i order a large meat pizza with light sauce and well done to be delivered to my hotel room over off Heartland Drive. That is by far the worse pizza I've ever had. It tasted like it had extra sauce and wasn't well done. The crust was kinda soggy. It also had the taste of like burnt cigarettes. I ate maybe 2 slices and thats all I could handle. I threw the rest of it in the trash. Around midnight I woke up sick as a dog.
Needle to say it will definitely be awhile before I order from papa johns.

We ordered delivery and when the driver showed up she missed our driveway so parked in our neighbor's front yard.
When we opened the pizza box hall tge toppings were smooshed all on on side off the pizza. We called the store and no apology said it would be remade but we would have to wait another 45 min for delivery. We ended up driving to the store for pick up.
We should've checked the pizza before leaving the store. As when we got home the pizza wasn't correct. Half was accurate the other side should've had the same toppings but bacon added. Well the other side was nothing but bacon and cheese.
Worst experience.. Will have to reconsider if we will order from here again as this was one of our main pizza places.

Had a simple issue with my delivery order, called in to discuss the problem and it was taken care of immediately and timely fashion. Manager and crew member knows customer service.

Since I didn’t get a response from papa John’s about my pizza order…I’m going to leave a good ol’ review.
Undercooked pizza as you can see. Nasty stuff I don’t even know how you can put that in a box and be good with it.
Pizza has always been on and off here at this location. You get lucky now if you get a good pizza. This right here though is nasty.

I order and request to NOT ring the doorbell and to LEAVE AT THE DOOR every time because I have a newborn and dog and they still do it. At this point, I think they're just being assholes or Papa Johns' app isnt communicating with the store.

Over all, this isn't a bad Papa John's.
They've put some toppings on that we didn't order, like two jalapeños and a few onions. They have cut our pizzas offset. It should be in line with the half and half pizzas we get plus fairly even.
The people have been nice. The pizzas are hot and fresh.
