I usually order from this restaurant. My pizza was late and the driver left my food unprotected on my front porch in the cold after ringing my doorbell once and I did not hear it they did not make an attempt to call my home number or knock on the door. Then to add insult to injury when I called the restaurant to complain, the manager asked me after putting me on hold for sometime-“What would I like for them to do about it,?” They did not offer an apology or a refund or anything. Then the manager dragged out some sorry apology. I won’t be ordering from here again they lost a regular weekly customer.

Had mostly good experience, sometimes things aren't as well as other times but this is the first time I've had a genuine bad order. My pizza did not have cheese in the middle of the pizza despite me even ordering extra cheese. It also tasted burned or smoky, like something in their oven was burning or it needed cleaning. Not very happy with this...

Excellent Service & Food. I will not order at another Papa John's if I can help it. They do not disappoint. If ever there's an issue, they address it. If ever there is an error, they correct it. This location is what all Papa John's (and other restaurants in general) should aspire to be.

ordered pizza online for a staff birthday. placed order at 10:30 for noon delivery. At 12:20 was told it was "in the car". At 1:20 called again and the driver returned our pizza to the store bc he didnt know where to deliver it. This ruined our birthday lunch. Pizza supposedly on the way but cannot be hot. OVER THE TOP MAD ! Called at 12:02 - 58 minutes before they “close” and placed. Delivery order (which I order 2-3 times a week )I live walking distance away-Placed my order with a team member on the phone - mind you I’m a consistent customer ,Placed my order and by 12:07 I was off the phone, the lady who took my order quoted me 23/27 minutes .I called at 1:05 to check on my delivery status and every time I called (5 times) I was hung up on . They picked up phone and then hung up as soon as I started speaking .!I will not spend my money here again or refer any one to this papa John’s . DOMINOS WOULD NEVER DO THIS TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER (and I know because I spend time and money with dominos just as much as I do papa John’s ) but dominos was closed when I went to order pizza tonight so I had to settle for papa John’s and I regret doing so !!!!!I will not ever give them my money again ! They have no proper customer service, and clearly just want to clock out instead of following through with fulfilled orders … so I won’t ever come back to this location nor will I refer any of my business partners to this location in kernersville. ordered XL new yorker well done. pepperoni beef onions and mushrooms. door dash delivered not papa john's. i did not know this when i ordered. paid $5 delivery fee tipped $5. so $30 for a $20 pizza that was cold, under cooked sparse toppings. like two pepperoni per giant slice. one mushroom per slice. i cannot recommend papa john's
