This place is usually run by one employee and she is one under qualified employee, or either she is pocketing cash on orders she shorts you on or is keeping the extra food that she purposely don't put in you takeout order. The reason I say this is because it's happened too many times to be coincidence ! She is always complaining about no help, and other work place problems that no customers want to hear!! I ordered pizza and 3 double orders breadsticks. when I got home there was only 1 breadstick. I called back up there and she remembered messing up the order and said I could just call next time instead of ordering online and she would give us the 20.00 discount or come get my money. Stupidly I chose the 1st. Now I just called to order and of course she had no recollection , even tho I had dined there few times a month! Never again will that location ever get another penny from me! What a crappy EMPLOYEE

Notb the way I used to remember back when I was young. Pizza hut all over the states are so much fun. Well, things change, but the pizza is good as ever. Staffs nicer too.

I have always liked Pizza Hut pizza, but the last time I ordered they had major problems. I ordered the pizza to be delivered and should have received it by by 6:15. At 6:45 I called and they said it was delivered, only we didn't get it. I then called again at 7 and they said that the driver couldn't find my house, but that he would leave right away to deliver our pizza. I called again at 7:30 and the gal that answered said the driver was just leaving. When I commented that I had ordered the pizza before 5, and had been told several times that the pizza was on its way, the employee said, "well we've been busy, you know!" The pizza finally arrived at 8:15; I called to place the order at 4:45!

Our orders keep getting cancelled around the 90 minute mark. If there are staffing problems, close the orders or something instead of leaving people waiting and then they have to make other arrangements. I've also offered to pick up my order and they say there are oven problems. Whatever the problem, we aren't able to reliably order here anymore.

This store gets everything wrong. Issues with putting me on hold for a delivery order when it's time to give my card number. I hang up and order dominoes. PH sent their driver out without the order even being confirmed! Worst service ever.

We ordered online at 630pm. Website showed a delivery time of 713pm. She kept the website open, showing the progress of our order. At around 0740, with the website still showing 'out for delivery' we called the store.

At around 0740, with the website still showing 'out for delivery' we called the store. After being on hold for a while, we were told it was a contactless delivery and our pizza was on the front porch. We told them we never heard anyone knock, and they rudely said it was contactless, so it was left for us. We opened the door and there it was. I took the pizza inside to find ants crawling around in all of the boxes. I called the store back, told them the food was covered in ants, and we were put on hold even longer. The response was that since they knocked, it wasn't their problem. I told them there were two adults, a hungry 4yr old, and a dog that barks at any noise, all sitting in the living room right inside the front door and we would have heard a knock. She said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked her to clarify if there was nothing they Could do, or nothing they Would do. She said nothing they Would do since they were too busy and hung up.
Dont even open when they are suppose to. I placed a future order today for 12pm and theyre not even open. This isnt the first time and it wont be the last. Yall might as well just shut down.
