Sixty Six Grill and Taphouse

We ordered an appetizer which was brought to our table 30s to a minute before our food was delivered to the table. The manager brought the food and I made a complaint, she asked if I wanted to hold the meal for a few minutes. I responded “no”, knowing it would be dried out if we did this. The manager never came Over to apologize. 5 dollars was all that was removed from the bill but nobody told us until we look. Nobody to speak to us and we didn’t even get to enjoy our actual meal. We had to shove it in a box, to go. The server disappeared off the floor for at-least 10-15 minutes and didn’t check on us. I was a server, I know how a restaurant runs and this was unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I have gone to this place a dozen times as we love this place. On Saturday afternoon we went to go eat lunch. I always always order their salmon. But this time around the salmon looked and tasted weird but I didn’t think anything of it. 24 hours later I’m puking my brains out and stomach cramps that was unbearable it was 20/10 in pain. I guess the 90% sanitation grade is a 90 for a reason. Please think twice about eating here if this the grade is this low.

Good food delivered hot

I always get the Thai chili wings and they’re soo good!! We also got the bacon cheese fries those were good but the ranch was the best part.

Service and management were on the ball! We came just after the dinner rush but employees were still so enthusiastic and fast. Food hit the spot. Maybe the wings were overdone but everything else delivered, and we really appreciate great service. Great place to come to please a small crowd or family too because there's a good array of choices on the menu. Thank you Sixty Six!

Delicious food, with varied menus to please everyone. The service was amazing. Especially because the place was busy, with a short wait. 20 min. Totally worth it! Once seated, the staff worked very well together to keep everything coming as expected from drinks to appetizers and dinner! Definitely will return!
