This is my favorite restaurant in Kernersville! It has fabulous seafood offerings as well as a wide variety of other offerings at reasonable prices in a fun, energetic setting.

We went there on a Thursday night at around 7:00 and it was very, very busy. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but that wasn't too bad. My husband and I both had the garlic combo that included steamed shrimp and scallops with garlic bread, and one side. We both got the potatoes which were really good.

Best fish nuggets north of Charleston! Salmon sandwich is superb. Really fast service. Don't let the outside fool you. It's not a grille, it's a cool little place to pretend you're in the Keys (if you don't look out the window).

the best sea food hands down!! Just as equal as full moon (if you ever been there). Favorite person is Peyton (she is a funny character)😊! Really great person and will have you laughing (if you have a good personality) lol. She’s awesome!

Woman answered the phone, sounding drunk and talking over me the entire time as I was asking questions about the menu to place a takeout order. She asked me verbatim “why do you like clams? They’re chewy and weird.” This woman is drunk at 5:30 on a Thursday at work? Why do you work at a seafood restaurant if you think the food is weird. She sounded like an alcoholic idiot and I hung up. I will not patronize a business that doesn’t show professionalism or respect to the customer.
Easily one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve been to. Perfectly seasoned, bar seating, and classic rock on the radio. Highly recommend the pickles with remoulade sauce.
We love to go to Smitty! We are still working our way though the menu.. try their rumrunners for sure!

Let me start out by saying that Kernersville has some upstanding citizens. We had a party of eight and was hoping to sit together. They have a patio area that at the time had only 2 open tables. Two ladies agreed to move down a table (I asked, not the restaurant) so we didn't have to wait as long for our group to be seated. They could've easily said no and all would have still been well and ok. They don't know it, but they made the night for me. The food here is amazing. It was so fresh and the staff made the experience even better. Everyone feels welcome at this place and it shows. I didn't catch our servers name, but he was awesome. Never let our drinks run dry and kept the table nice and clear for all the food we were ordering. Thank you Smitty's for a great birthday evening.
