I love sonic but I'd never been to this one and I am extremely disappointed. My wife waited for 20 minutes in the drive through to get a footlong hotdog and a chicken tender kids meal. They forgot my son's applesauce and his chicken tenders were horrible it was actually mostly breading and not much chicken and my hotdog my hotdog.... I diddnt get a hotdog I got chili cheese tator tots and I wanted that hotdog and of course I have tried calling and calling and no answer. I don't get sonic very often and now I'll get it alot less now cuz my wife won't go back 2 this location

I would give them a zero if I could. I want anyone and everyone who reads this to know... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They will screw your order up every single time, and then if you go back to address the screw up they'll act like you're inconveniencing them by complaining about it. I'm done. I live in Kernersville, and they've gotten my order wrong so many times, but I keep going back because I like Sonic and it's the only Sonic in Kernersville. But after today I'm done with this place. I will never go there again. This store is owned by KBP Brands. I sent a complain to KBP. I also sent a complaint to Sonic corporate. I'm going to broadcast my experience all over social media for anyone who will listen. This store is absolute garbage. Do not go there unless you want them to mess your order up, take your money, and refuse to be held accountable.

Was there today. The managers name was Amy. She had taken a couples food out the door. Obviously the customer wasn't happy. Came in the restaurant cussing. She politely told him he didn't have to cuss and tried to apease him . This lady was running around trying to please everyone she could including him and nothing she did was good enough. People need more workers like that. She waited on us and I will definitely come back.

I ordered the sonic cheese burger it had so much lettuce it was falling off. It had mayo and tomato was so thin the peeling peeled off when I bit my sandwich. Had cheese on half the sandwich but not so you could taste it. Worse cheese burger I ever had. Potato tots was ok

The Sonic Location in Kernersville is a good choice for a classic burger experience. My wife ordered online on her lunch break, but as with prior visits to this location the online choice to enter a kiosk number just doesn't work. This is a minor gripe, and my wife instantly got her food by going inside, but why have the option if it is disabled. The food was hot and her slush drink was cold and refreshing. The last time we visited this location, my wife's drink was extremely watered down, and stale, like it had been sitting in the container too long. All in all not a bad choice for a quick fast food or Sonic craving, and plenty of kiosk parking space.

We were very excited about trying the new Smashed Burgers after seeing the commercials. The staff was busy, but they helped us promptly. One of the most important things for me as a customer is to see the food preparers wearing safety gloves and they were not. I would not have ordered had I observed this beforehand. Our order was correct and ready quickly, but the food was not great. The fries were good. The hot dog bun did not seem fresh. The smashed burgers were a nice size, but assembled messily, and the meat was hanging outside of the clamshell box. The overall taste was good, but the experience left something to be desired. The staff was working hard and very attentive and I wanted to make sure to share that positive part of our visit.
