Absolutely awful service. Waited in line for over half an hour just to be told to move forward, and our food was late by another 20 minutes. Did not receive a receipt and was told the wrong cash amount multiple times. Multiple other people had the same issue and the line was backed up around the building.

3 cars waiting aside for drive thru service for 10 minutes+. Unacceptable. Should offer a discount for non- fastfood service. * Edit: Got home (approx. 2 minutes time) and discovered Cheeseburgers were cold. One was eaten and made the person sick about three hours later. The other was thrown away. This place should be shutdown. If their staff can't handle making food for ONLY 3 CUSTOMERS at lunch time, maybe ( looking at you owner/ operator) they should invest in robots. Look in the drive thru window next time, if you dare. Kitchen area is filthy. 0 stars would be a more appropriate rating. NEVER eating food from there AGAIN.

It took a long time , wasn't that great.. got wrong drinks and it was pretty expensive for what we got
Tonight my husband took our two boys through the drive through. It was very chaotic and my husband had to change some things and add some things at the window after he ordered. A worker named Tip was so kind, patient, and understanding! We just wanted to write this to shout out Tip for making what was starting out as a rough night into a better one with her exceptional service and attitude! Thanks Tip!

First of all, we drive up to a spot to order outside at drive in area, and when we were ready to order, we were asked to come to drive-thru to order. Ordered a smashburger combo with just burgers and cheese and a foot-long hot dog. Waited at window for maybe 5 minutes and was then asked to pull up to wait. Waited probably 5 more minutes or more and finally got our food. Started eating and smashburger was all the way so had to go inside to get it corrected. Hotdog was overcooked.

Ordered a drink and fries from the menu board at a parking space. After 27 minutes, I pressed the button again to see if I had been forgotten. When they responded to the button push, I was told they aren't accepting orders from the lot, use the drive-through, and they cut the connection before I could respond. Very disappointing.
