The lady at the window appeared to be under the influence of something, couldn't do basic math and got upset to count change an then continued to get hostile when I had to count it for her and explain 4 times. Highly ditzy or high you be the judge but regardless I will not be back. I very much recommend going anywhere else but here.

Kim is such a kind spirit and truly one of the good ones in this world. I come to the drive thru at sonic every so often to pick my little brother up a milkshake. He has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy so it is very important that they clean the machine thoroughly. She is always so sweet to me and makes it her personal mission to clean the machine every single time. I know this seems like such a little thing to do but to me it is very big. Many restaurants could just say no due to the hassle it takes to do it. But Kim puts the customer and my brothers safely first which I am thankful for. My family and I appreciate her more than you know. Would give an 10000/10 if possible.

i usually don’t have a problem with sonic but today ruined sonic for me. i ordered a chicken sandwich because im 16 weeks pregnant and was craving it, got home and bit into it and the chicken was completely raw like nothing was cooked about it. this is extremely not okay and i think before sending it out yall should double check behind yallselves. i am beyond disappointed!!

The strawberry slushy tasted off. (A moldy smell amd taste) They remade them, but they were not any better. We have had better tasting strawberry slushy there previously.
