Just spent an hour driving here because it says it had a drive thru. This location does not have a drive thru.
Located inside the Harris Teeter. Got a Pumpkin Spice Latte and Chocolate Croissant. Both great! Mary was super nice and very pleasant.

I stopped in to have a cup of coffee, first time at Starbucks, I ordered regular coffee. They don't have aspartame. I drink espresso in the morning, and this coffee was stronger than that, I threw it out. For that kind of money I would assume the coffee would be much better. Won't be going back there.

The girl at the register was so RUDE and looked at me like I was Inconveniencing her and I was so polite to her.I work customer service so I totally understand. She literally glared at me and there was no one else in line. I repeated my order a couple times bc she asked which was fine. She charged me $1.25 just for foam.. which is fine but I’ve never had any other Starbucks do that before. I guess they don’t scan rewards here also?! The girls were to busy gossiping then asks me about my order again.. it comes out completely wrong and that was the MOST I’ve ever spent. It was a cup of chocolate which I asked for white chocolate.. it took so long to get my drink I didn’t bother ask to remake it. The girl making it was very sweet, not sure if the girl at the register put it in wrong. I figured since I said my order a couple times she heard me. I understand having a off day but it very disappointing to pay that much for something I didn’t ask for and be so rude too
Employee snobbery? Misery? Both? In any event, clearly the employees either despise being there or having customers whose purchases fuel their paychecks.
